Very basic desert park with a lot of long term occupants. It is close to the new shopping mall.

Our club loves this rustic park with its rushing river and tall trees. The WiFi is great but cell service is only with AT&T. There is a small kitchen and lounge at the office but no room for a large group. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sequoia National Park is close, there are a variety of restaurants in Three Rivers and a golf course, and a trip to Exeter is always fun.
