There are pros and cons to this park. The pros: large sites, very quiet, no rules as far as we could see. The cons: can be very windy and that means dusty, there are at least 4-5 loose big dogs that our small (leashed) dog had some problems with (the cons of "no rules"). In short, if you don't mind a lack of rules and like to be left alone this is a decent place. They have an arena where they have rodeos and other horse events periodically which were fun to see (for free). We stayed 6 weeks and will return if back in the area.

This is a 55+ mobile home park but allow RVers under 55 to utilize sites that do not yet have mobile homes on them. They have a full activity schedule, clubhouse, library, pool, hot tub, and shuffle board and RVers are welcome to use everything. This is a very pleasant community and the grounds are very well maintained. We stayed for 5 weeks. This had one of the least expensive monthly rates in Tucson.

This is an extremely well maintained park with friendly staff and a wonderful view of Pike's Peak. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and a nice nature trail from the park.

This is a great place for a few days especially when something is going on at the Fairgrounds. We were there during a horse show and something was always going on. It was quiet at night though and the stars were fabulous.
