I would not rate a place a 1, but this is an exception. Arrogant office people, terrible neighborhood, crowded pool (only amenity), and dirty.

A big mistake. Do not believe what you see on the website, this is not a nice place.

Nice, but not "Luxury". Close enough to the beach, but about a mile. Well located for a drive around, but a lot has been lost since the hurricanes.

Love this place, and the women who work here. It is clean, neat, and the lawns around it provide a great run for our dog.

While on the way to Wyoming (from GA) we stopped here. The woman in the office was quite nice, and her son, a computer savvy young man) was busy looking at the various on-line review sites. The park was well kept, but very narrow roads, narrow spaces: which make for large rig problems. This was the first time I had a problem with the "Big Rig" book recommendation. My slide forced my neighbor to abandon his seat at the picnic table between us. I have been to over 200 RV parks, and have never been charged so much for so little.
