Given we were pre-season, we had the park pretty much to ourselves and had a great spot right on the river. I would expect this park to be full of families, dogs, kids, etc, as it should be, during the summer. Given the same conditions, we would stay here again. Wi-Fi was iffy, at best, but you must come to expect it when out in the boonies.
I don't think I'd want to be here during high season as I picture it full of families, kids, and pets, as it should be. But since it was May, we had the park pretty much to ourselves this trip and it was nice. Would stay here again.
As with most KOAs, this park is overpriced...especially when you consider that it does not offer TV. Otherwise, clean and fairly quiet. Would stay here if no other choice, but price and lack of Cable TV would cause me to look elsewhere.
This is not a "campground" or "park" by any stretch of the imagination. It is almost completely full with full timers living in RVs with family, kids, and pets. For just a place to stop for the night, though, it is acceptable.
Taking into consideration that this is a City park, not bad at all. Great view, close to town, inexpensive. Of course it helped that there were only 3 RVs in the whole park so we were quite spread out, but we would stop here again.
Great little park. Owners very friendly. We loved the view of the river that we had. Would have given it a 10 if the sites were easier to enter, but the park was designed years ago so owners are doing the best with what they have. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
This place touts itself as being an RV park. It is a converted mobile home park with many spaces available to RVs...but, it has many year round residents, many mobile homes, does not appear family friendly, the staff and owners were not friendly, the place is dirty, I didn't trust the electrical, and everything is very out of date. I only gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because it was fairly quiet. I would like to think there is a friendlier, cleaner, $40 a night RV park with cable TV access in the St. Louis area that I can use next time we pass through because we will not stay here.
