We have stayed here many times over the past six or seven years. Good access, pull-through sites, free Wi-Fi, and location all make it appealing. As mentioned previously, the utilities are very poorly placed making positioning and hooking up very difficult. Unless your jacks are directly in line with your wheels, the parking strips will cause the jacks to be partially off the concrete. There has always been an issue with resident management; either not sure of what to do, or can't run the computer, or double reservations. And we have seen several turnovers in management. The restroom I was in was showing deferred maintenance with poorly applied caulk and water-stained floor tile. We have also seen the number of 'permanent' residents increase and that NEVER compliments an RV park. However, the grounds looked the best we have ever seen. It is still the best park for that area of the wine country so we will continue to use it.

Overall quite a nice newer park in a great location. But according to my husband, the sewer/power/water setups leave a lot to be desired. In order to position our motor home to be able to access the bins on the slideouts, he had to use 3 sewer hoses to reach the sewer outlet. I also agree with a previous reviewer with regard to assigning sites. The park was about 1/4 occupied, but we were going to be located with rigs all around us. I requested a different site. As I look down the row, I see at least 4 big rigs all clumped together at one end - and they are not traveling together.

If this is one of the Top Ten RV resorts in the U.S., then I'll quit RVing. Who's Top Ten? The pros are that it has lots of pull-through sites, is an easily accessible park, and offers all the usual amenities including a swimming pool. It has a walking path for dogs, but I didn't use it. The cons are: VERY NARROW SITES!!! And to make matters worse, the strips between the sites have been planted with evergreen trees that are gradually encroaching on the parking pads. We barely have room for a slide and forget about walking along the side of the rig. The paved patios are about 6' x 20' and there is no way one could set up two lawn chairs, a table and a BBQ and still be able to walk around. I looked into the ladies' room and it looked clean, but the entire office/laundry/shower facility looks worn and tired. A plus for the laundry room is a large window, but it does not have a sink, and only has two uncomfortable chairs. $32/night for a back-in site is on the high side as far as I am concerned. We stayed here because of necessity, but will not return.

I have never been so glad to leave a park. It is huge, and it is evident that the owner is raking in the dough while doing the least possible. The office looks as if nothing has changed since it was built about 40 years ago. No computer system, just a bunch of tags on cup hooks. Won't take credit or debit cards. We were put into a space near a corner that backed up to the park entrance, the frontage road and I-8, and since it was an outside road, all the incoming and outgoing traffic drove past our site. It was noisy, noisy, noisy. With one exception, the dumpster closest to us (far enough away to need to drive the car) was always filled to overflowing with garbage bags. Everything I saw looked old and tired. Our site was of a reasonable width, gravel, with a narrow patio and every site has an ill-placed tree growing that makes it difficult to back in (only back in sites, no pull-throughs). I will never return to this park nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

This was a great place for an overnight; we just took advantage of the RV park, we did not shuttle over to the casino. Efficient & friendly check-in and nice sites in an appealing RV park. The advantage of this casino park is that you don't have all the 'extended-stay' folks - and there are a lot of them in the surrounding RV parks because of being displaced by hurricanes. There is no place to walk a dog except on the park roads. We would stay here again and especially enjoyed driving along the bay.

Rates: Woodalls said $24-$26, & last two reviewers said $20. I paid $33.98 w/taxes and was told that has been the rate for over one year! The conversation in the office focused on a long-term resident who should not drink so much so she could walk farther to throw things in the dumpster. I tossed beer bottle caps off my site back on to the site next door where the empty beer bottle laid. All 3 dogs I have seen in the hour that I have been here were off leash, two without owners. Nice grassy pet area, mature trees and a bit of grass. Desk person was helpful with business cards for local RV repairs. Narrow sites but our pull-through is concrete. Easy access off the freeway so appealing for an overnight, but very overpriced for what you get. I would not stay here again.

Not a destination park, but certainly adequate for an overnight. As stated before, sites are short, so if you are longer than 50', you'll have to unhook. Desk clerk was friendly, check-in was easy and efficient. Great walking area for pets, a grassed perimeter. There is freeway noise, but it is drowned out by the wind! The roads and parking sites are not gravel, they are dirt, so the slightest bit of rain creates mud. Biggest complaint are the park roads - very rutted and bumpy and difficult to navigate. We would stop again for an overnight. It was the only appealing RV park for 100 miles as we were heading east.
