There are several good points about this park. They have roomy wide level spaces, a neat, clean park, a convenient location close to Smith's and restaurants. It is new, but they don't have a dog run, so all dogs have to do they jobs on the park spaces. The sewer hookups are recessed so one can't screw in the sewer hose. The curbs are too steep for comfort.
This is a pleasant small park with plenty of room for walking our small dog. There is a city park just a couple of blocks away that is also ideal for taking a walk with said dog. The price reflects a weekly rate. The owners are quite friendly and helpful. We are rock hunters and there are many places near here to go agate hunting. The spaces are large and roomy. We have enjoyed our stay here and would return in the future.
The owners/hosts were very friendly and helpful. The RV park is idealy located for both access to Rocky Mt. National Park and Loveland. But, this is a park for long timers and not ideal for overnighters or for those staying for a week for these two reasons. The only spots are in the middle of the rather small park, so everyone goes by you, and it is dusty. Then it is quite noisy at night. Our longterm neighbor started his pickup every morning at 5:00 A.M. and idled it for 15 minutes. (Every Morning!) Then there are people coming and going all night long, slamming doors and waking us up all night long. I like the people and the location, but I would never stay here again.
