A beautiful park-like setting with large level sites. There is a community park within walking distance and access to the river and a beautiful garden. The staff was helpful and the park was well-kept. Wi-Fi was not available at our site, but was available at the club house. We stayed here one night and would stay again in the future.
This park is, basically, a parking lot with rather narrow sites. It's big selling point is the ocean. We were in a site with a great view - although there is a bit of traffic and drive through activity. We stayed a week and did day-trips up the coast.
We have stayed at this park in the past. It is convenient to the freeway, but far enough away not to have any traffic noise. The grounds are well maintained with nice sites. We did day trips to Glacier National Park.
This is a FamCamp site restricted to military families. It is well maintained, convenient to base services with friendly staff and a good anchor location for visiting the Black Hills, the Badlands, and other sites in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
This campground is a adjacent to Ft McCoy and is a private facility which gives a discount to Military members and retirees. Weekend and holiday rates are at a premium, and we felt over priced. It is a very rustic site and quite a distance from the main road. We probably wouldn't stay here again. It just isn't worth the price for the activities we like to do.
This campground amounts to a few spaces adjacent to mostly manufactured homes development. Most of the residents appear to be transient. The sites are small, grass, uneven, and there are no amenities. Unfortunately, we paid in advance and when our situation changed they refused to refund our money, so our stay, actually, cost us $40. per night. We would never stay here again.
This park has dusty, gravel and rock sites with no landscaping to speak of. We stayed here as an anchor site to visit the Big Bend National Park. We would try to find another site if we are in this area again.
This is a great place, but it is restricted to Military families. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, things are well maintained and secure. Access to base facilities were convenient, and it was a good experience that we plan on repeating as, frequently, as possible.
The park has large, paved, level sites with an indoor pool available. It was very cold for April when we were there. It is close to the Grand Canyon Railway site. It appeared to be a, relatively, new park and was well maintained. Just a bit over-priced.
