We were in site 109. It's a level, concrete site with water and electric only. No sewer, wi-fi, or cable TV. Good TV reception over the air though. The RV park is just a parking lot, and they let trucks park there for free. So there was plenty of truck engine noise at night. Construction is going on, and it started up early in the morning. It's just a place to park, and for $40, it's not worth it. We will not go back again.
Friendly staff, but that is the only positive about this place. It's not terrible, but it's mostly gravel, and they have not done much to make the place look nice. Dirty bathrooms; there were three different rooms, and only one had toilet paper, and it was just barely enough. It's just a "trailer park" if you need a place to park for the night. Quite a few long time residents with the typical stuff piled around their sites. We would not camp here again unless emergency .
Very nice clean RV park with very friendly staff. Roads are paved, and sites were very clean with the grass kept mowed. The wi-fi was not that great but worked okay. We stayed only 2 days, so only used roof top antenna, and we received many clear channels. Great park to use for visiting the area, and we would come back to stay. No pool and spotty wi-fi is the only thing from us rating it a 10.
Stayed in site 11 with beautiful views of Lake Latonka and Mt. Scott. These are grass and dirt sites with 30/50 amp service. Shared water and clean but old bathrooms. I wish the City of Lawton would take a little more pride in this area. It could be fantastic with a little effort. For the money and the views, this is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the area.
We usually don't rate a park a 10 unless it has swimming pool, hot tub, etc., but this place is so nice we have to. The sites are wide, long, and very clean with nice landscaping. The Wi-Fi works great, but TV reception is not there due to the beautiful mountains you get to see from your site every day. Satellite works fine if you have it. The staff is the best ever, they escort you to your site and make sure everything is nice and clean to make your stay more enjoyable. Make sure you enjoy the nice patio with fire pit at the office during your stay. Royal Gorge is very close by and this is by far the best place in Canon City to stay when you visit the area. They are now a Passport America also. We were in site 18 and would definitely stay there again.
This is a dirty, nasty, unkempt poor excuse for a RV park. The sites are small, and they couldn't care less about cleaning up weeds or trash. One night is all anyone could stand to stay there, and we will never go back there again.
Great little campground for overnight or extended stay while visiting the area. Our rate was Good Sam rate. Wi-Fi worked great, cable TV is good, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Gravel sites (#8) that are level, gravel roads, and some trees. We will stay there again.
Enjoyed our stay here even though the sites are tight and the hook-ups are all at the back of the sites. The owners were very friendly and trying to survive without the docks business (water not high enough yet for boats). Close to a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. Downtown Two Rivers was nice to visit as well as Manitowoc. They have a great walking/biking trail along Lake Michigan. Would love to return here again!
This park has 3 RV campgrounds, Bald Eagle has FHU but no trees so we chose Incahias for the trees, due to the heat. The sites are not level, gravel, and most are pull-through. The bath house is old but clean. The swimming pool is on the other side of the park but looked very nice and only $4. We visited the Pioneer Village that is also a part of the county park system. Fun looking though the old buildings and having an ice cream cone. Would stay here again but probably in Bald Eagle Campground.
We camped in the Robinson's Landing Campground, on the north side of the lake. These sites all have electric and water and most have tree coverage but watch for low hanging limbs! Gravel sites, pretty level and a new, large restroom. New playground. Near a boat ramp. Employee comes around and collects. Police drive through often. No reservations. Will return since family is in the area.
This is our 2nd time through here and still enjoy it. The RV parking is just side-by-side in the back of the parking lot but it is a beautiful casino with very pretty landscaping. Shuttle service is always driving through along with security. Free for 3 nights then $15 a night after that. Would stay here again.
Up on a hill between the interstate and the casino but did not hear highway noise. Could be a very nice park if they would mow, repair some of the sites (concrete was crumbling) and do some landscaping. When we got the playing card we were given $5 of free play. Would stay again since it is so convenient the I-35.
Nice county park with lots of trees. Roads are blacktop, sites gravel with shared water hook-ups. Some sites are electric only. Nice playground for children. Would have rated it higher except the shared water hook-up required 2 hoses and no sewer. The name is deceiving, there are no cliffs.
This is our second time here and it is just as nice as the first time. Very clean, well maintained, RV park with a little lake. Our rate was the Passport America rate. The staff is great and we will stay here again.
Smaller park with fairly tight, gravel roads. Cable did not work very well, sites were not that level, owners were extremely nice and helpful. We paid the Passport America rate and would stay here again.
Very nice park with friendly staff. Nice level concrete sites, with Wi-Fi, nice swimming pool, paved roads, and a nice concrete walkway along parts of the lake. We stayed for two days and would stay here again for sure. We payed the Passport rate.
Very nice clean park with very friendly staff. We can't rate it a 10 because of the gravel sites, no swimming pool, and it needed lawn care the day we were there. Nice pond with a fountain and we enjoyed watching the ducks. We would definitely stay here again. We paid the Passport rate.
If you just want a nice place to park, this place is fine. The center part of the park is nice with the concrete pads, which is better than the gravel area we were in. Our check in was strictly "give me the money and get out of the office" attitude. We felt like they really did not appreciate my business like most RV parks do. We go to Okla City at least twice a year and will avoid Twin Fountains from now on.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. It is a smaller park with grass/gravel sites but big rigs will not have a big problem getting in. Some sites are not very level, acceptable. Bathrooms are not fancy, but old and clean. This place was just fine for visiting the attractions in the area. If you enjoy a beer or liquor, come stocked up. This is a dry county and it is 30 miles to Bowling Green to buy liquor, but NOT on Sunday. We got the Passport America rate, and would stay here again.
This could be a nice place with some upkeep. Many long term rigs that are not well kept. Some grass cutting and landscaping would help the appearance. No TV reception at all. It was okay for a overnight stop, but we would probably not stay here again.
We stayed on a water and electric only site which was on grass. Our first site was not close to level, so we moved along the fence line. The area we were in was nice and clean with grass mowed nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is fine for a short stay while checking out the area. We would stay here again.
Okay park if you are in the area. The staff was friendly, but too many rules to read, gravel/dirt sites, and too expensive for what you get. Not many RV parks in the area to choose from, so we would stay there again if we had to.
Great overnight stop! The sites were paved but not real level. The park was very clean and well maintained. No tv service there with over the air antennas, but for $15 it was great. Would stay here again for sure.
Great location with great views if you get a lake and/or bridge view site. The rate reflects the Escapee discount. The less than friendly staff and gravel sites keep it from rating a 10. We would stay here again if in the area.
This price is for the 3 night/$39.95 special, if you take the tour of this membership park. It is a very nice park with all the amenities. It would be a great place to stay again, but we were not interested in being a member: too expensive. We would stay again if we could though.
We just did a one night stay and it was fine for that. Has friendly staff, clean area, and we had great neighbors. Has gravel sites that were level, and cable TV that worked fine. We would stay here again.
Wonderful park with concrete roads, paved sites, beautiful grass, and swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we can't imagine any better place in this area to stay. Would stay here again for sure.
We only give resorts with full amenities such as swimming pools a 10 if they deserve it. I wish we could separate "resorts" from public parks to be fair. This is a very nice park that deserves a 10 if it was not in competition with resorts. Hosts were very nice, park is clean, has plenty of trees. We would definitely return here when back in this area.
We only rate parks a 10 that have swimming pools, hot tubs, etc., so it pains me not to give this park a 10. This is the nicest park run by the nicest most helpful people around. Has a nice view of the lake, boat ramp and fishing dock on the property, and it's close to shopping. If you go to Grand Lake, we highly recommend this park. We will camp here again if in the area. We would definitely camp here again for sure.
This park was just "okay" for a short stay as a base camp for exploring. The bathrooms are old looking and in need of repair, the showers are plain concrete rooms that are not very nice. There are old, run down looking long term units here and the traffic noise is terrible. We got very little sleep due to the trucks on the highway behind the park. We would not stay here again.
This is a great park for the off season time frame. We probably would not want to be here when it is crowded with tent campers who want to party on the river. The park is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Bathrooms are kept clean but are basic concrete block buildings with shower curtains on the bathroom stalls. Cell service is terrible, which is not the park's fault. Love the river and view of the hills. Good monthly rate starting in Oct. Would definitely camp here again.
The area is very nice with the view of the lake and Mt. Scott, but the RV sites were not kept up very well. There was tall grass and weeds around the hookups at most of the sites. With a little care, this could be a very nice place.
We had a great water and mountain view at site #4. All sites have a great view of the Wichits Mts and lake Lawtonka. There are no water hookups but there are numerous water hydrants for filling your fresh water tanks. Plenty of room between sites. Bathroom were kept clean, but they could have done a better job picking up litter around the campground.
Good park for an overnight stay. Clean level sites with water, electricity, and cable which cost extra. I thought I was told cable and WiFi was free when I called the park, but only the WiFi was free. Would stay here again.
We spent only one night there while traveling back to Oklahoma, and were really impressed. They were having a special, so we got a great rate of $17. The lady at the office was very friendly. Everything was nice and clean, and I would rate it a 10 if they had trees. Plant some palm trees around there and the Oasis would be a 10 for sure. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place.
Clean park that is well maintained. Even a big fenced dog playground. Staff has been the best! Plenty of activities. The whole area around BPV is great for walking or riding bikes. State park with world bird center next door. Planned to stay 1 month and ended up here for 3. Price is for their daily rate.
Sites way too close together! So close couldn't even put out awning. Not full so don't understand why they didn't put a space between each rig. Noise next door at some kind of a construction or plant of some sort. Staff was friendly and helpful is the only reason I didn't rate it a 1.
Nice, quiet park about 15 minutes east of Norman. Lots of wildlife. Only negatives were no sewer hook-up (but most State Parks do not have), and the only water views were for handicap use only and there were at least 10 sites that cannot be used by non-handicaps unless the park is full.
Very clean nice park. Would have rated this park a 10 if the it was not so expensive. There were very few people here during our stay while other parks in the area were busy. We enjoy walking in the evenings and looking at the nice rigs and people from all over. You meet the nicest people that way. They should lower the rates and get people in. All these empty sites is revenue not received that is difficult make up. Many RV parks in the area don't offer monthly rates but Pine Mountain does, so that was a plus. We would stay here again depending on rates at that time.
I really liked this park. Staff was friendly, many nice clean rigs in the park. Nice landscaping. I would rate it a 10 except for the gravel roads that produced a lot of dust. Monthly rates are not offered or else we would have stayed longer. Would stay here again for sure.
Very nice and clean park.Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a month and the rate was $375 plus elec. The short term sites look much nicer than the long term sites and they get free cable tv. Would stay here again.
Clean park with pool almost complete. Laundry room available. Clubhouse with books and games. Some sites sloped but owners have blocks available. Free firewood was also available. Great view of Lake Lawtonka and Mount Scott. Some sites have trees but not all. Stayed here last year too. It's a quiet and nice park for a day or long term.
Just an overnight stop, and only would want to stay overnight. Sites were small and dirt. Said they had internet, but I could not connect. When asked office was told that sometimes when she's full the RVs get in the way of the signal. Friendly office staff.
Nice park with friendly staff. Gate was manned 24/7. Has a pool and spa but had problems with the heater causing the pool to be closed several days. Sites were nice with palm trees and views of the mountains at some sites. We stayed a month at $686 plus electric which was $104. Vegas is not a cheap place to visit anymore and doubt we'll stay a month in Vegas again.
Love going to Galveston and staying here. Wish they had full hook-ups. They are putting in new restrooms but they weren't complete and they usually have internet access but it was down for upgrading. This is our 2nd year of there during Mardi Gras and wish I could be there right now!
The only reason this park didn't get a 10 was the sites were not level. We had to use two 2x8 boards on the back sidel. We asked about why it was so unlevel and they said needed for drainage. Had nice clubhouse with a well equiped exercise room. Site were a little closer than we like but not bad. Stayed for 1 week.
