Fabulous campground and we have already scheduled a return trip. Lots of things for kids to do, archery, swimming in the lake, a blob, hiking/biking trails, etc. I talked with the owners and they are considering expanding wireless internet to the whole campground. Right now, it is limited to the office area. The sites are a little close together but we had no problem with that. There was a free pancake breakfast on Saturday that really was free! Sausages and drinks were included. NOTHING was overpriced and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Restrooms and other facilities were impeccable. The facilities were extensive and there was lots of things to do. The playgrounds were all new and in excellent condition. On the downside, the roads were in need of attention and it was annoying that the 'free' internet connection was limited to 30 minutes per day. Being right next to Interstate 75 made road noise a consideration.

We camped here before the season really started and they were just getting things up and running. The owners could not have been nicer though. They are new owners and are doing a lot to fix up the facilities. The sites are not jammed together and are nicely shaded. The electric was being updated while we were there and the sewer was next. The showers were to be next and they do need it. Overall though, the facility was nice and we plan on returning. That is the best compliment that you can give.
