Great park. Extremely friendly welcome that included a complete list of area attractions and current events. Recommend it to anyone. If you can, get one of the sites that back onto the 9 hole golf course (very pretty and restful). Park is about 8 miles from downtown and only a few miles to Lewis and Clark's Fort Clatsop (also a must see). Be sure to call first because your GPS will give you bad directions, and the manager will tell you the best route. I also strongly suggest you visit the Columbian Cafe in downtown Astoria.

Easy access to and from freeway. Quick check in and operator walked/led us to our site. Clean and well maintained. Sites angled so getting in and our way very easy. Appeared to be many full timers. Stayed only one night.

Camped here in early November. They had an early snow fall and graded out our spot before we arrived. Extremely friendly. Beautiful spot with snow on the ground. Right on a small stream. Will stay here again, but wish they had better Wi-Fi. It appears it come from their office and isn't strong enough to cover the whole campground. Perhaps they could put in a repeater in the middle of the area. Call ahead for reservations in summer. Very popular.

Picked this campground to be in the Medford/Ashland, Oregon area. It is about half way between them. It has full facilities. The reception staff was very friendly and they have free home made cookies as you check in. The park has quite a few full time residents, but they seem to be clustered together in one end. It is an older RV campground and near the I-5 freeway. However, the noise is not as bad as I anticipated. Not a place you would select for an extended stay, but fine for an "on the road" stop over.

Can't say enough about what a great place this is to stay. The hosts are prior RV travelers and really know what we need. The spaces are nestled among redwood trees. You couldn't find a quieter place. It is only yards from a major highway, but you seldom hear even a hint of the traffic noise. If you are in the area, change your itinerary to include at least one night here. Once you are here you will want to stay another night to enjoy the peace and quiet. Don't miss it!

This should be a great RV park. It is nestled in trees, far enough off the main road to be completely quiet and large enough to handle big rigs, 5th wheels, trailers and small camp trailers. They also have a bunch of cabins and tent sites. It is about 50 miles from Yosemite and, coming from the West one of the better looking campgrounds. The RV sites are gravel and well leveled. Most of the sites have trees adjacent to them, but you have to be careful not to brush up against them as you pull in. We were able to work around our tree, but saw a large RV scrape up it’s side trying to get set up. The sites and fire pits also needed some clean up and general grounds work. The entire campground is gravel and, when we were there (First week in April), the roads were a mess. There were large ruts in them so deep it was very difficult to drive around and not feel like you were about to loose traction or tip dangerously. They had smoothed out the areas where the owners and service employees drove, but had ignored the areas where the customers had to drive. (seems like that is backwards) They have what could be a pretty nice nature trail. However, it was in very poor condition. The brush had started to over grow some parts of the trail and needed to be pruned. Some parts of the trail were unclear and you were not sure where it went. Like I indicated this could be a great RV park. The owners and staff need to “show it some love” and bringing it back to where it probably once was.

I would rate this as a 10 if it wasn't for the road and train noise. Close to I-5. We are light sleepers, however the freeway noise is pretty constant so you can sleep through most of it. There is a bump on the road as the freeway crosses a bridge: trucks make a clanking noise as they hit it. Also, there is a train track nearby: in the dead of the night the whistle seems pretty loud. Very clean, and super friendly staff. They pick up your bagged trash each morning and if you ask, they will allow you to wash your rig. I would definitely stay here again as I travel.
