This is a very, very new park. Looks like the owner is spending a lot of money to finish the upgrades. We stayed one night. There was no Wi-Fi but it was scheduled to be installed next week. The owner was most accommodating. This park was difficult to find. We had to call the owner on the phone who met us near a temporary entrance. We followed the owner's vehicle through a motel parking lot to get to the park. We had a pull through site that was very level. Good sewer water and electrical hookups. No cable. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk from the park.
This was our first night camping. We picked up our trailer in Rice Texas and drove the short distance to Corsicana. This is an older campground and has some maintenance issues. The management is very friendly and accommodating. They provided a checklist for new Casita owners which was helpful. We had a pull through site that was very level. Not many trees in our area so I think it would be very hot in the summer. Good utilities, no cable. Restrooms and showers were clean but older.
We stayed here on our way home to Chicago from Texas. Planned just a one night. The people were so friendly and the park was in such nice shape we decided to stay two nights. We had a pull through site that was very level. Excellent utilities but no cable. Wi-Fi was excellent. 10 miles from a large Walmart. A nice little winery was close. Easy access on and off the interstate. Lots of trees. Restrooms and showers were excellent. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We are leaving for Florida in early November and this will definitely be our first night stay.
