Easy access from highway: watch for the signs. A nicely laid out park with nice long wide spots. There are good gravel roads around the park. We would have rated higher if it had cable TV and a pool. Very helpful staff: we had a downpour and the staff worked for hours getting the water away from our rig. They even laid down boards. This was well beyond being helpful and good hosts. We would stay here again.

A very nice park away from town and the interstate. All gravel spots with small trees. Staff was helpful. There are several nights with activities in the club house. We would stay here again.

Could use more signs to find the park. Very large retirement park with mostly mobile homes. Has a very nice check-in person. Has many activities and the best laundry I have been in for months. Seems to be more of a winter community for seniors. We went here to visit family. There are so many parks in the area, that I think we will try another park the next time.

Easy access to park and quick check in process. The staff was very friendly. The park is very clean and spots are in the wide open with few trees. The pull thru spots are a little short. They have WI-FI in the office. Our air card and Verizon phone worked. They have a golf course and small snack bar.

Easy access to the park. Nice clean park. Staff was friendly. We have stayed here before and the quality was the same. Good fishing in the area. We could use our air card and Verizon phone.

Easy access to this campground from the highway. Quick and friendly check-in process. The spots are long, wide and all grass. The entire park is in a large meadow. We have stayed here before. This year the pool was finally up and running. The restaurant was very reasonable and served a very good meal. We could use our aircard and Verizon. They did have Wi-Fi and sold propane. We always enjoy our stay at this park.

Easy access from highway. Check-in was quick. Main roads around the park are blacktop. Very nice spots in the shade. Some grass and gravel in each spot. Very quiet for such a big park. Nice gym, pool and weight room. Well kept park with fishing nearby. Laundry room was $1.00 a load and $1.00 for a 60-minute dryer. The park was pretty empty but seemed to have seasonal spots around us. We thought it was a little pricey. We would stay here again.

Easy access from the highway. This park has large long, pull-through spaces. There were some trees at each spot. The park was neat and very clean. They had Wi-Fi for an additional cost. This was a nice park in the middle of the desert. Our Verizon phone and aircard worked fine.

Easy access from the highway. Spots are long and wide in all gravel. This is a very basic park, but clean and run well. There are some trees but really no shade. The manager is very friendly . There is Wi-Fi near the office. Our Verizon phone and aircard worked here. We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful Passport park. The spot directly to the right when you enter the park is 50 amp pull through and you get Dish Network. The park is in very tall pine trees. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The park was very clean and the spots were level. We were close to the road but the traffic slowed in the evening and it didn't bother us. One of the better Passport parks we have stayed in. The owners are on sight and we would stay here again and again. The only drawback is no sewer hook up.

There could have been better signs along the road to get to the entrance. The actual entrance is not easily visible from the road. The park was very clean and well laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Club house was very nice. The office hours were very limited. We had cell service and Dish service. Wi-Fi was available for a price. No cable TV. Spots are all back-in and on gravel with small patio pad. The roads are all blacktop. Park seems to be geared to 55-plus. We would stay here again.

Easy directions to the park on a long winding road toward the bay. Check in was fast and easy. The spots are small and tight. When the park is full you will need to have people move their cars so you can get out. The staff was friendly. They have a nice club house with social events. Wi-Fi is available at an extra cost. Verizon's cell signal is weak. Satellite dish worked fine but cable was also available. We would stay here again.

This is a nice little public park near the lake. Most of the spots are for small rigs. Spot 90 was a great back-in for our 31 foot 5th wheel. There were no trees or curves to navigate into this spot. We had no problem running our generator 3 or 4 times a day. The park was pretty empty during the week. This park had alot of tents and very small rigs, but there are 2 or three spots for larger rigs. We had friends check out the park before we made reservations. We would stay here again.

This park was a great disappointment. The entry was on a narrow road. The sites were short and narrow. You have to carefully park between trees to get your slides out. It was not well maintained. The water pressure was low but the 50 amp was strong. There are sharp turns and steep hills to get to the dump station and out of the park. I think it was over prices for a Passport park. They did have WIFI. Verizon worked here, but not our Dish. There seems to be many other parks in the area that looked better from the road, anyway. We would not stay here again.

Very nice park. Somewhat easy access to park. The road in the park is narrow and has some tight spots. They have all back in sites. There are some spots that are hard to get into. You can fish right on the creek from the park. Staff was friendly. WI-FI and cable were available. No bars for Verizon and the trees obstructed the use of our DISH. This area has allot of activities for the whole family.

Easy access from Rt 9 and close to the border crossing. We left our rig here to go across the border on day trips. Nice long wide 50 amp sites. It took 2 days to check in. There was never anyone in the office. It was self serve. Small laundry room but no other amenities. The rigs at the front of the park seems to be long term. The interior of the park was large and wide open spaces. We could use our Dish, aircard and Verizon without any interference. We would stay here again.

A very nice park with friendly owners. There is easy access from the highway and easy check in process. The park is well kept and just has a friendly feeling about it. You could go fishing right out of your RV. They also let you wash your rig. A nice play area and large field with a common area for cook outs. We were glad we happened upon this park. We had good phone and aircard service. We couldn't us our DISH because the tree in our particular spot. But since it was 100 degrees while we were here we were happy with the shade. The spots were very long and wide with healthy looking grass everywhere. Just a very good RV park and we would stay here again.

Easy access to park for I-90. You can see the park from the highway. They have two roads into the park one is pretty steep. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The sites were gravel and stone and very long. Some spots were in the shade we could pick our own spot. The dump station was hard to find. The park was well kept and quiet. We didn't try the restaurant. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice park. There were plenty of things for a family to do here. It was a busy park , but very well run and quiet times were honored. The checking in process was confusing. You had to drive down into the busiest part of the park to get to the office. We caused a traffic jam with all the boats leaving the beach area. There was also no notification that check in time was so late. The spots were long and wide. We had no shade trees so our DISH worked great, but no cell phone service since you are down in a hole. But we could drive up to Dry falls to download email. We would stay here again.

Easy access for main highway. Curb appeal is not at this RV park. There are old trailers and boats at the entrance. There are allot of long term parked RVs. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is a club house, laundry and RV supplies store. If you want a base camp to tour the area, this park is OK. If you want to have activities at the park this is not the park. It is a quiet park and the other campers were friendly. We would stay here again.

Very nice little park right off RT 2 in town. Easy access to park and spot. All grass spots are long , wide and in the trees. Power was good and water pressure was good. The staff was helpful. We had phone service with our Verizon, but couldn't use Dish. They did have limited cable in the park. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the worst park we have been at in 10 years of RVing. We made reservations, but there was no spot reserved for us. The spot left was short, uneven (like rolling waves) and 15 amp service. We couldn't find any owners in the area to help us. The park was like someone's un-kept backyard and that was the size of the whole park. We would never ever stop here again.

Entrance to the park is through town and around the block. The owner was not very friendly or informative. Park is said to be a Passport park, but when I made reservation in May I was told the Passport spots were booked. When we got here we were the only ones in the park. Go figure. They charge extra for a pet , surcharge for electric and extra charge for over 32 feet rig. The town was quaint and the fishing is very close. This was a very basic park with no amenities. I'm not sure if we would stay here again.

Easy access from RT 2 at the ID/WA border. The host was very helpful about the park and the area. The spots are narrow and most are back-in spots. Nice quiet park along river with no noise from highway or town. Some spots are on a hill away from river. WI-FI was poor. Our Dish and Verizon worked very well. They had a hot tub , pot lucks and weekend breakfasts. We would stay here again.

Hard to find and get to the park. No signs along the road. Friendly staff. Long Blacktop spots Good roads in the park. Some trees. No WIFI. A little expensive for my taste with no special features. They have breakfast on the weekend. We may stay here again, but I think we would check out the other parks in the area.

First thng is the name has changed it is now Rivers Edge At Deer Park. Still very overprices, There are no signs guiding you to the park. Once in the park it is easy access to your site. There are many new cabins surrounding the RV portions. Very long wide sites. Nice level gravel spots with grass. Fly shop will be open soon. Very close to the Provo River.WIFI is available. We would stay here again.

Very small park. The staff was very helpful. Getting into the park and each site is a small problem. We were inches from our neighbor when we had our slides out and thankfully the neighbor didn't have any slides. We were parked very close to the highway, but not bothered by road noise. This is a very small town, but a good spot to visit Cedar Breaks and Zion. I;m just not sure we would stay here again. Just too close to neighbors.

Easy to find off of I-70. Very basic park. 50 AMP spot. WIFI in the office. Might be hard to park if the sites are all full. They put two rigs side by side. Slide outs may be a problem. the park was pretty empty , so not a problem for us. Seem to have some long term spots and cabins around the edges. There is nothing to do in town. Gas stations and a small grocery store. Good stop before heading to Bryce. For one night we would stay again.

This park offers nothing much for the high price. The road in to the park is tight. The park roads are narrow and the sites are short. Parking your vehicle near your rig is not easy. The pool is part of the motel. There is no club house. office or store. The interior roads could use some work. The staff was friendly and organized. They have the market locked in Jackson so you pay premium prices. Our aircard and cell phone worked well. We like the area so we would stay here again, since there are not too many other choices.

Easy access to park. Some tight turns to our spot. All hookup is at the back of the rig, so check before you un-hook. Staff seemed very friendly. They had a full schedule of activities. No cell phone service in the park. Few trees and desert landscape. We would stay here again.

Easy access from the highway. Road into park is fair. The laundry room is nice with a small recreation room. No other extras. The 50 amp spots are only for long term. Most spots are back in. This is a very basic park, but great fishing in the area.

Thank goodness for the all gravel spots among the trees. We had rain for 4 days. Most spots are in the trees. Poor phone reception, no Dish reception and very limited TV reception. They did have fair Wi-Fi reception. Seemed to be kid friendly. Sites were not as big as advertised. They were level. Water pressure was good. I'm not sure if we would stay here again. I think I would stay closer to I-25.

This park is improving every time we stay here. It is a good stopping point from Las Cruces to Santa Fe. The spots are long and wide and have trees in between every site. A nice overnight stop, but not much in the area to see. Spots are level and easy access from I 25 and navigating the park.

Nice wide spots in a large clearing in the Pecos area. Very quiet and away from roads and people. But it is close to I-25 and great trout fishing. Tennis courts, horseback riding, lake and chapel among the things on site. We had Verizon phone service, but had problems with our Dish.

Very nice little park. Well kept park with very nice spots. Fresh stones in spots and very level. The owner is a gem. Long pull thru spots, WIFI and very well kept. These people are RVers and know what you need to make a good park and campers very welcome. We would stay here again.

Park owner was very friendly. The sites were narrow and short. There was not a lot of room in our site or the access road to the site. They had a strange set up for 50 amp and we had difficulty unpluging. We would probable stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed here a few years ago. This park has much improved. It is very well maintained. The spots are wide and long with trees in between each spot. The owner was very helpful and friendly. They is a place for your horses also. Right off I 25 but the road noise was minimal. A good place to stop on the way south. We will stay here again.

We stayed in the Pines campground of the New Mexico state parks near the Navajo Lake and Dam. As the previous comments mentioned this park is on a hill. The spots are short and narrow. Trees are very close together making parking the rig very difficult. I wouldn't go into this park with any type rig over 28 feet long. The spot was also very hard to find. There are much better parks around the area for the same price with 50 amp and WIFI. We wont go here again.

We found this KOA to be quite nice. The park was in a grove of trees and on level ground. I say this because so many KOA parks seem to be in the hills. The spot was a nice pull thru. There was a RV in behind us on the second day. The WI-FI worked very well. It is right off the interstate but no road noise. It does have a dirt road for the last mile to the entrance. It is very convenient to Fargo and Moorhead. We would stay here again !!

This is a very basic park. the spots are long and wide. We were in soft ground , but this has been a very rainy summer. No amenities at all,but is a good base camp if you sightsee the area.Nothing at the park to keep you there durning the day. No WIFI but across the street is the visitors center with WIFI. Access road could use some repair. We would stay here again.

Interior roads are narrow and hard to turn rig. Most of the REV are seasonal. Nice little restaurant Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole campground and the dryers didn't heat properly. You couldn't access the dump station for the correct side of sewer on REV. We had difficulty on the roads with our 31 foot rig. The spot itself was nice and right along the river. We would not go here again.

Very small park with many seasonal RV spots. The roads in the park are narrow with sharp turns. The spots are small and close together. The power level was very poor. Their WIFI was very weak. We would look for another park in the area the next time.

Very nice clean park. Easy entrance and roads to site were gravel. The pull thru spots were long and wide. The park is in a nice quiet area. There are train tracks in the area but we never heard a train go thru. They had WI-FI.The hosts were friendly. We would stay here again.

With all the land they have I don't know why they put the RV spots on a small hill. The back in spots are hard to get into, because of a steep slope. It was great to be so close to the homestead and the people were very accommodating. I advise only small RVs park in these sights. We have a 31 foot and we had to go over and down the slope to back into the spot. We would not go here again which is a shame because everything else was very good.

Narrow roads in park with tight turns. The power was very weak. Our spot was short and hard to get into. You would not want to go in this park with anything longer than 30 foot. Most of the spots were long term residents. WI-FI was very weak.

rating [ 7/10 ]
Easy access to park, but tight turns in a very crowded park. Many locals and seasonal residents. Poor spots and low electric. Very family oriented. They have a pool, restaurant, WI-FI, playground, volleyball court. There were 3 dump stations. They will book tours into Quebec City for you. I don't think we would stay here again because of the poor quality of site area.

Nice quiet park. The spots are wide and long on the hill. There are smaller sites down by the water. Very quiet and away from major roads. Access road was a little rough, but they were working on it while we were there. We would stay here again.

We had a nice long pull thru in the trees. We did not see any sewer hook ups. There was a honey wagon going thru the park. Most of the sites had seasonal camping. But everyone was quiet and friendly. The road into the park is very narrow and you don't want to have to meet someone going the other direction. The staff was very friendly, we had trouble hooking up to their Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi was costly. We had no cell service in the park. We would stay here again, but make sure the black tank is empty when arriving.

Rough road going into the park and narrow road to our site. We had reserved a pull thru in April and that didn't matter to them , we got a back in on a hill. There were only 4 washers and 2 dryers which were very expensive and no hot water. The pool looks like it hasn't been open for years. They Did have WIFI in the office. I think we would like for another place the next time.

Very small park with very friendly and helpful staff. Very isolated and away from the city. Near the highway but no road noise. Tight roads and turns, so not good for anything over 31 feet length. We would stay here again, but not much to see in the area. Good stop over on your way to Nova Scotia.

Long pull thru spots that were pretty level. Spots were rocky and very little grass. Strange way to exit park, but the roads were nice and wide. The owners we the best. The plus was the people who own the park. They gave us plenty of information about the area and exchanged US dollars for Canadian dollars. They were there to help you in any way !! There WI-FI was very weak.

We spent an extended visit to this park because of a death in the family. The park was very flexible with our stay and helped us leave the rig there. The roads into the spots are terrible. We really needed 4WD to get to the spot. WE had to pay for WIFI. I'm not sure we would stay in this park again.

We spent ten days here. The park was well maintained. The check in people we not very helpful and more interested in the "REGULARS". Spot 390 a full hook up pull thru was great for privacy and away from it all. We found nothing wrong with the park, but there wasn't much around the area to see. No cell service in the entire area. Many things to do in the park for children.

For our use we would have rated this park a "10". It was a level spot near the highway ...pull thru...full 50 amp hook up. That was all we wanted. But there we no perks or amenities. Just a place to spend the night while going down I-40. The guy in the C-store was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The very basic park, but served us well. We would stay here again, if we just needed to travel down I- 40.

I guess we went because it was Loretta Lynn and a Passport Park. But we won't go here again. It was a disappointment. The spots are hard to get to. Watch out for the entrance, we missed it and saw other people to the same thing. The road in the park winds around trees in the hills. We had a very large drop off on both sides of the rig. No cell phone or Dish service. The attractions up the road were not worth the stop. We will not stop here again.

This park was nothing to look at from the entrance. But for an overnight stay going along I -40 is was fine. The spots were very long, large and level. That is all we needed. They did have WI-FI. But I think the price was a little high for the amenities.

A very nice park. The check in was self serve. The office had limited hours. (This may change later in the season) We were in spot 63 near the pond and could use our DISH. This is one of the better Passport parks we have stayed in. We had a nice long level 50 amp spot. As mentioned before we took the limo to a local steakhouse for dinner. Staff was friendly and there seemed to be many amenities. We only stayed one night since we need to get home. But we would stay here again and see more of Amarillo. Grass and gravel sites. Grass was not looking great but this is dry part of Texas.

Quiet park in the trees by a river. We had WIFI from the park. Our cell phone, Dish and Aircard would not work. There was cable, but we didn't use it. The rig behind us had to come across the road to use our cable connection. We were here overnight and moved on, so have no real opinion of this park. It was good for an overnight stay and we would stay here again.

Nice level spot in among the trees. Park seems to be very busy. We stop off in Santa Rosa many times, this is the first time with our RV. The staff was friendly. This was a typical park in the desert , not much green but that's the way we like it. We enjoy small clean parks with a little uniqueness. We really never use all the extras at parks. They had WiFi and that is an important feature for us. We will stay here again.

We have stayed at this park before. It is as close as you can get to Chicago. We stay here when visiting family. We don't spend much time at the park but just sleep in the rig. They really need to fix the road coming into the park. We came in just after a 2 inch rainfall. They helped us get to our spot and took our tanks up to the propane for us. They came back a few hours later to help us get Dish connection. They were very helpful and friendly. The site was level and in the shade. The park is away from all the interstates and in farm country....this is a good thing. We would stay here again

The rude person I talked on the phone with was only the beginning. When we checked in the man was unfriendly and abrupt. He did want to be bothered to sell up propane. We have stayed here before and had no problems. So I don't know if they have new staff. The spot was easy to access and nice and long. Wifi worked great, no cable. We were in trees so couldn't use our dish. This was just an over night stay so we moved on quickly. Not sure if I would come back. We can overlook allot if the people are the least bit friendly.

We were worried about going to this park because of the past reviews. We have a very different opinion. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful. They told us the rules and warned us about keeping the awning out because of the wind coming up quickly. Good advice. All parks have the same rules as this one, they just went over them in more detail with us. The sites are an OK size. We had no problem parking our rig and truck in the space. We did think it was over priced, but supply and demand is what that is all about. The park is close to town, they had a nice pool. I did like that you had to pay for WIFI. (The park price was to high to not have WIFI included). They haven't had any rain in almost two months so the grass was dry. Because of the high volume of visitor when can they water. Some people are never happy and that was my opinion of some of the other comments. Go into the park with a smile and you may get some some back.

We just stopped here for overnight. We had a nice level long site. The staff was friendly. They had free cookies, dog bones and newspaper in the office when we checked in. We could not get the WIFI (no extra charge) to work. So had to use our phone hookup. Our spot was close to the Interstate but it didn't bother us. We would stay here again. Grounds were not green but this is a dry WY area.

There was nothing wrong with this park. It was just the basics. We needed a stop over one night place and this park suited us. Nice long level pull thru spot. No cable, no WIFI. Staff was friendly. Small cafe and pool. The park was very quiet because it was empty. We would stay here again. Not your usual KOA park.

Very basic park in the middle of a very sparsely populated part of WY. Power was 30 amp only , and it was weak at times. Back in spots where you shared the power pole with 4 other rigs. The laundry room was very nice and clean and the water was the best we have had at any park all summer. The fishing is wonderful in this part of the state and we enjoyed the area. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at much better KOA parks. The spots were too close to each other and there were narrow roads between the rows. They had a very small pool for the size of the park. There was a nice store and cafe. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a spot at the last minute. We had to find a spot while waiting for repair part for our RV.The entrance to the park is very congested. We will try another park the next time we are in town.

We stopped here for one night and found a very nice clean park. The spots were long and wide. Staff was friendly. This was a good Passport park. More 50 amp sites are needed. Easy access and very quiet park. We would visit this park again. A pool would be a great addition.

The helpfulness of Ken outweighed the fact that this is a very small park. It is conveniently located in town. The owners did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. We had 50 amp service and cable, so we were happy campers. And the price was reasonable for this town.

An old park with many permanent residents with very old rigs. Pictures on website overstate the park. Staff was very friendly, but didn't see the owner for two days so didn't check in until our third day. We were in a small grove of trees right in town. Many things in the area to visit. This park was the cheapest around, but the amenities were reflected in the price. Not sure that we would return to this park again.

This is the spot to be if you like to golf. The course surrounds the RV park. The spots are nice sized and well keep. There is a small restaurant on site by the clubhouse. Many lakes in the area for fishing. Small laundry room. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful for area information.

This is a very nice park. Sites are long, wide, and spotless. They are in the process of getting wi-fi or we would have rated it higher. They could put a sign on the main road to prepare you for the turn into the park and across a bridge. For a view of the river, you can walk a short path down to the water. People are very friendly and even had someone come to our rig with help about fishing in the area. It was a very quiet park and close to many interesting attractions. We would stay here again

We stayed here as AOR member , but have stayed here in the past. Very nice long and wide spaces on grass. The WIFI was very poor and again the pool was closed. People in office were friendly but very slow. It is right off the highway and near railroad tracks. But it didn't bother us in the least

Very nice park to stop for one night. Staff was very friendly. We would have stayed longer but there was really nothing of interest to us in the area.

The spots were short and a tight fit. The whole area was blacktop. We had a difficult time getting out of our spot. They were too narrow and had trees too close together at the entrance of each spot. The train tracks are very close, but not a bother us. Parking your car or truck near you RV was also a problem. I advise anyone over 30' to stay away.

This was a nice clean park. They have a recreation room that has a few exercise machines, books and games. The laundry room was spotless. We had a nice grassy spot with blacktop for the rig. One member of the staff was not friendly on the several occasions we went into the office, but over all the park was good. They don't have a website only an e-mail address. We would stay here again, if there were more to do in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had electrical problems with the rig and the staff guided us to the best place for help. The park was a little run down on the grounds , but the laundry, club room spotless. We would stay here again.

Very clean and very quiet park. Front part is all permanent mobile home residents. Staff very helpful. All gravel sites with a few trees. A little far from Tucson activities, but can't complain about the price. A nice small pool. I think things are much more busy and active in the winter months. All of the basic needs are well met at this park.

We were here in their down season. The resort was all gravel with a cement pad and no trees. Very nice clubhouse with exercise room. The pool was small but well kept. I think this was more of an adult park. There were many mobile homes and permanent trailers and looks like in has a lot of snow birds in the winter. Everything was well kept and very clean.

We were not impressed with this park. They told us no pull through when we made our reservations. We had to send a check to hold our reservation. For the price it left us wanting. No WiFi, no 50 amp service, pay to use the showers, and there were plenty of pull throughs when we got there. Back in spot was small and narrow. Nice shade trees, but we couldn't use our Dish. I guess they corner the market in the area, but I didn't get our money's worth.

Very nice park with a wonderful view in every direction. The park is well kept and staff is very friendly. Desert landscaping with some trees. The spot was pretty level , but could have been longer. The town is interesting, but not much else to do in the area. WiFi was available for a hefty price, but our cell phone worked fine.

Very poor park, but the town is very rundown also. This was a good one night only stop. There is not much else in this area , but a tour of the Borax Visitor Center is worth the stop. There are many permanent RVs parked here and some are very old.

Resort park in the pines. Sites are short, tight and hard to get into. The have one way roads going the wrong direction to get into most spots at the right angle. Honey wagon comes only once a week. We had to pay a $4 a day energy fee and we were still in the yellow most of the time and red if we had the refrigerator and water heater on( on our line tester ). Very poor electricity. Very kid- and family-friendly. They had movies all day and entertainment in the evening. Pot lucks and special family dinners. Horseback riding and a ghost town were a plus.

Nice clean park with lots of room. Easy access to and from the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Park was very quiet and gearing down from the winter crowds. All gravel spots with a few trees. Not very much on extras. They had WIFI for a price.

A gem of a park. 1/4 acre sites....need I say more. Very clean and well kept new park with friendly owners. This is a nice park to just chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet. Off of I-10 aways but worth the drive for solitude. Good place for birding and watching the stars.

This is a small quaint RV park. We liked the isolation for a few days of down time. There is a lake within 5 miles from the park. But no other services close by. There was only 30 amp and it was weak service. Very nice landscaping thru out the park. Very friendly and helpful staff. They only have a dump station in one corner of the park. We enjoyed the quiet nights in the hills with no traffic noise or trains.

Don't stop here if you want a pretty park. It is a wide open field with no amenities. But considering where you are in Texas, it is good for a cheap one night stay. We have been here before and knew what to expect. We wanted a level spot easy to get into and then go to sleep. A Passport park ,but they charge extra for 50 AMP.

This was a jewel of a park. Neat, clean, long wide level spaces. Owner was very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest parks we have been in this summer. More parks like this !!! We are fulltimers and have seem many parks out there. This was one of the best Passport Parks we have stayed in.

We had a short pull thru spot in the trees. We were surprised that the park wasn't nicer looking. It seemed small and spots were close together. It was nice to look at the pond out our back window. We would stay here again, but it was a little disappointing since it is called a resort by AOR.

Nice clean park with nice sized pull thru spots. Some shade would have been nice. The RV park is now under Diamond Jacks. We were very disappointed in the meal at the steak house at the casino. A good place to stop for easy on/off access to I20.

This is a very nice park. The spots are well kept long and wide. Nicely laid out with actual street signs. The site numbers are nicely located so there is no doubt about which is your site. Nice and quiet park with very helpful people in the office. Well organized park!!

Beware of hill to get into this park. There is a uphill narrow loop in the park to get to the sites. It was a very primitive and rustic park. We would not go back to it again. Very small rigs would be alright in here.

This was a very poorly kept park and was in a dense forest. The spots were short and not level. Very narrow and uneven spots. There was no space to park our truck. The park seemed to have permanent or long term campers.

Nice family oriented park. The sites were not well kept, but they had just had 6 inches of rain. The pool was very nice and they were putting in a new playground. Nice distance from the busy part of Gettysburg.

Nice large clean park. They have a very poor laundry room. It was dirty and only 4 washers for such a big park. They also didn't seem to be in any rush to get the pool open.

This was a nice surprise. A very nice RV park. The spots were long and very level. We would definitely go back. We had to cut our stay short because of a repair problem with our rig. The owner was very helpful in finding us a repair shop. We hope to visit the park again.
