We have stayed at this campground several times in the past. This is a county park and they do not take reservations. In the summer they have very few RV guests; in the winter, they fill up quickly. They have cable TV and 50 amp service, so it is NOT a bad place to stay, even in the summertime. No sewer hook-ups, because they are on the river, but they have at least 4 dump stations. We find this a VERY pleasant stay. We have a 36 foot Class A and did not even have to unhook our toad. Lots of shade trees for our dogs.

We found this to be a delightful spot. Not the typical "concrete slab" with everyone packed in together! Quiet, a nice pool, wild turkeys roaming about, plenty of shade and friendly people. No Wi-Fi, but still a lovely spot! We would have liked to stay longer, but time constraints allowed us only an overnight stay. Record heat of 114 was recorded on our stay, but we got along well by using just one air conditioner. We stayed in a 36 foot Class A.

We liked this campground very much. It was very rustic, but very friendly. Lots of large beautiful trees and a lake nearby. Evening hayrides, swimming in the lake, trails nearby, fishing, hosreshoes. Quiet and a country setting -- not your typical "sterile concrete" campground.

Nice campground. We stayed here overnight on two occasions. Good laundry facilities and nice pool. Campground has Wi-Fi available, but reception is spotty throughout the park. (Best reception is near the Laundry facility.) One hour of Wi-Fi is free -- unlimited daily use is $2 per day. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stopped here for an overnight stay. Campground was clean and sites were large. Campground has a pool--separate from the hotel and casino. We were not impressed with the casino. When you stay here you receive a ticket good for a free continental breakfast at the casino. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very clean and new campground. WiFi is available throughout the park. Unfortunately, there were so many mosquitoes, that we could not be outside at all. I got 5 bites in the first 2 minutes we were there! After running back inside and spraying myself liberally with repellent, we were able to complete our hookups. Would have been a lovely park except for the mosquitoes.

We camped here on July 4th weekend. All private campgrounds in the area were full. Of course, you must have a military ID card (active or retired) to stay here. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this campground was. Very clean, quiet and not far to PX and commissary.

We reserved our space online. Cost with a golden age pass was just $5 a night. Of course, being a National Park, there are no hookups, but you can use your generator anytime from 8am to 8pm. Most folks just used them when needed. Saw many Eruopean visitors in rented RVs at this campground. Enjoying the extreme beauty of the park! We loved it.

Clean pull through sites. Restaurant on-site. I was surprised to find that I was able to pick up a WiFi connection here. Give AAA or AARP discounts available.

When we pulled in, we were told that if we parked off the far side, we would not hear much highway noise. We found this to be true. The rate was $18 and $2 extra for cable--if you paid in cash. $2 more if you used a credit card. On our first stay, we paid the extra $2 for cable--on our return (10 days later) he did not charge us for cable. We found the truck-stop restaurant across the street was quite good and very reasonable prices. Pool was closed--we were told they don't open it until after May.

Quiet and Convenient. In the "middle of nowhere," but a good stop for overnight. Nice long pull-thrus. Quiet, yet close to HWY I-10. Free Wi-Fi with good access from all sites. On-site cafe was not open the evening we were there (a Monday) but was available for breakfast.

This is an escapees campground, but you need not be a member to stay. We paid $17 because we are not members. Campground also has dry-camping available. Wi-Fi is available @$3. 00 for 24 hours. Very pleasant people and very reasonable price. We have stayed at CGs in Deming which cost twice as much --but were not as pleasant! Quiet and convenient to HWY 10. Located next to a Holiday Inn and CG guests may use the pool there. Restaurant is also available at the Holiday Inn, but we did not find the restaurant very good.

We were pleasantly surprized with this Campground. A very good (and well priced) restaurant, serving breakfast and lunch was just across the street. An 18-hole golf course provides an excellent challenge. We stayed here for New Years Eve and enjoyed a WONDERFUL party with live Country Western music, favors, a Mexican buffet and a split of champagne for each person for just $25 per person. A REAL bargain!!

Western Horizons/RPI/Coast to Coast (and affilliates) Campground. We were here for Christmas and had a wonderful time! Lots of "snowbirds" -- all having a wonderful time in the WARM Arizona weather. Great activities, large sites, fully paved. WiFi is now avilable at about $2 a day.

This park has changed a great deal since it was last reviewed. The name is now Western Horizons Twin Lakes RV Resort (at ST. David, Arizona). Cable TV is available at most sites. Cost is $2: ONLY if you are not Western Horizon members. Modem is still available, but you can reach Wi-Fi closeby. Cell phone service is now VERY good in this area. Staff is pleasant, helpful and everything is EXTREMELY clean. One of our FAVORITES!!

Beautiful views, along the River. Very clean and nicely landscaped. Free WiFi available throughout campground. Pet friendly. Just 1 mile from historic Creede. NOTE--no cell phone service in this area.

Campground now has free WiFi; however, you need to be close to the Rec Center to be able to pick it up. (50 amp sites are NOT near the Rec Center.) No shade and not much landscaping, but a very good spot for overnight camping.

Nice quiet park. Friendly staff. Train nearby, but only heard it twice -- never at night. Pet friendly.
