One of a few RV parks along this portion of I-5. All dirt ..mostly level..good 50 amp ...good for tired travelers wishing to rest before a north or south trip on the interstate.

We have stayed at 5 parks in the Redding area as we travel to Oregon, since this park was rated so well (10.10.9) we decided to try it this year. The general feeling of the park is pleasant although freeway noise from I-5 is evident even farther back in the park. There is shade and plenty of room between sites. The cement on the pads is badly cracked on most sites causing uneven surfaces. Most back in sites are long term renters. Cable TV is good, didn't use Wi-Fi but Verizon aircard is good. We did not think this park deserved the high rating from Trailer Life.

We had camped here 2 years ago, and were not impressed, but same owners are continuing to improve the park. Nice grass between gravel sites. Verizon air card and phone service good. We were in end space #1 which had 2 tables, BBQ and fire pit. Good thing our friends were in #2 spot back to back as our slides were only about 1 ft apart! Park roads are dirt/gravel and can be very dusty especially in the #1 spot by the check in area. A good place to stay 2 nights to see the sights in Twin Falls area.

A wonderful place in the spring when everything is green and not crowded. Large sites, spaced a good distance from other sites. Close to Lite Rail System station where one can access most of Denver. The down side as mentioned by an earlier comment is an $8/day entrance fee is added to the camping fee. it was cheaper for us (staying 10 days) to buy a yearly pass for $63.
