We were only here for one night but wished it could have been longer. A beautiful park and very quiet and relaxing. The sites were very large and easy to access. We used our trailer antenna and got lots of TV channels.
This is a fairly new campground. The sites are very spacious and easy to access. We did have problems with the Wi-Fi, hit or miss about getting on. This park is located close to town so you can take in the features of the inspiration for the "Andy Griffith Show". Very enjoyable. Laundry was not yet installed, but will be very soon as almost everything was complete. We liked it here and highly recommend it.
We stayed here two nights to be close to NYC for sight seeing. We parked on an upper level site. There was a winding paved drive to the site, and there was one fairly sharp turn, but there was room to swing out so that we had no problem making the turn. Everything else was fine.
We only stayed here one night on our way to NY and wished we could have stayed longer as it has beautiful view of the water. We really enjoyed our stay only had problem with Wi-Fi, never could get on Internet. No problem with access to campground or campsite. We had a pull through.
We were pleasantly surprised to find this site on the spur of the moment. We had a nice water view from our camp site. This was our first time camping with a new travel trailer and there were no pull through sites available when we arrived. It wasn't necessary as we found because a staff person guided my husband parking the trailer and it was easily done. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer.
We stayed two nights here. People were friendly and park was nice. We were very satisfied with our campsite. It was level and well shaded. It was within 15 minutes of downtown Savannah. Would definitely stay there again.
