Nothing fancy, just a little laid back park with a nice view of the lake. Sites aren't very wide due to the fact that it was built in the 60's or 70's, but they have plenty of length and are grassy. They lock the gate every night at about dusk, but you get a key. This is a city park, so there are rules concerning drinking alcohol outside your RV. We like to camp here because it's very peaceful and is about half way between Monterey and Santa Cruz.
This is a very clean and quiet campground. The spaces are a little narrow, but very long for extra vehicles. The weather here is almost always very mild and pleasant. The manager is a nice lady who takes the time to greet her guests and offer any information she can. We love this campground and will return.
