We actually did not stay here. We had reservations for 3 days/nights and when we went to check in and actually see the property, we left quickly. The entrance to the RV park is quite narrow and requires you to go over a rickety wooden bridge. The sites were extremely close together (we doubted there was room for our slide out). There were overflowing trash/recycle bins everywhere. The site just does not look anything like the scenic pictures on the website. We were informed that there was a two-fish limit at the site, which was never mentioned on their website. We were also informed that a bear visits the site every night and no one was allowed to throw out their trash after 5 p.m because of the bear. We lost our money because we left but our peace of mind and safety was more important.
Definitely below average for a KOA. Lots of dust, sites were not very level, and the shade trees were nice but were not in good places--we had to back out of our pull through site because a tree was in the way of us being able to go forward. Restrooms were very buggy; had to look at bugs in the sink while brushing teeth. We had something stolen from our campsite, and while this is not KOA's fault, it kind of made us leery every night while sleeping that someone was outside taking our things. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to issues.
This was a very nice, new RV park. We visited in the summer so it was not crowded at all. Park manager was very friendly. Sites were spacious. The restrooms/showers were very clean and nice; however, they had no air or ventilation of any kind so they became VERY hot. After showering you could hardly breathe due to the heat in the building. Internet connection was ethernet, not Wi-Fi, but it was fine. The site itself did not have a pool, but the adjoining hotel did and RV patrons were given free access to the hotel pool.
Great RV park! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, showers and laundry room. Lots of shade. The only negative is that the sites were very narrow. Slide-outs ended up "invading" the neighboring site. Otherwise, the site was great and we were very happy with our 3-day stay.
