We would recommend this campground if you are looking for a smaller park with wooded and private sites. The park is easy to maneuver around, and the sites are level, although it is an older park. It is well maintained and manicured. It does not have a laundry room. We really enjoyed staying here because the campground was clean, quiet, and convenient to Greenville as well as other sight-seeing areas. The owners are on site, and were very helpful and friendly. They were a wealth of information about the area and what to see. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
This is a very nice campground! Most sites are large with plenty of shade and wooded space between each one. Staff are very friendly; laundry room is one of the best we have seen in a campground. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. The campground is well maintained and clean. We saw security riding thru the park often. We would certainly stay there again with out hesitation.
We came into this campground at the end of May but had to pay the season rates. We were in the open area - a field turned into sites - with no shade. Because of the time of year, we were practically by ourselves and the lack of shade was not a problem. This area was clean, in good repair, and quiet. The wooded sites are for seasonals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. They were helpful many times during our 9 day stay. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.
Nice, clean park with friendly staff. Interior roads are dirt and gravel and easy to maneuver with a 30' fifth wheel. They have some pull-thrus as well as back-ins. Some sites are close together. This park is family/children oriented with lots of kiddie activities. Restrooms and showers were clean. We would stay here again.
Nice campground even though it has a lot of seasonals and most of the interior roads are rocky and rough. The office staff were very nice and eager to assist us. When Debbie found out it was our anniversary, we were put on a vacant seasonal site instead of a site that was situated in the middle of a camping club. We were impressed with them including the owners. The reason we are giving this campground a rating of 1 is the day after we left this campground and were 160 miles away in Maine the owner called us and accused us of stealing a satellite tripod that she said was on the site. There was NO satellite tripod on the site when we arrived. We used our own tripod which we purchased and have used for 5 years. We don't take too kindly to being called a thief. We will not camp there again and will not recommend this campground to anyone.
This is a nice, clean park that overlooks an Amish farm. The nice owners were on site and ready to assist us any way they could. The bathrooms were very clean and had music streamed in; the showers were very clean as well. This campground has a lower and upper part; we were in the upper part and getting our 30' fifth wheel in our site was close but it was doable. Most larger rigs were in the bottom section. No one younger than 16 is allowed in the park which I believe made for a quieter campground. The campground is convenient to most everything you will want to do or see in the area. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again if we are in the area.
We camped here for 8 nights over the Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed it. The campground is very clean, an adult park with very little noise, convenient to anything you might need, friendly and conscientious staff and owner. The cable offered 70 channels and Wi-Fi was available, but we didn't need it because we had a Verizion air card that worked well. The bathrooms, shower and laundry room were all very clean. Our rates varied due to the holiday weekend, but were $26 a night (spring rate) with exception of the 3 holiday nights when it was $40 a night. We would definably stay here again if we were in the area. The only reason our rating is not a 10 is the sites are a little too close for our liking, but certainly not as close as some we have seen.
