Really nice RV park and freindly staff. Nice and secluded with larger RVs in the Park. Not many full time residents. Shady spots and WiFi was OK. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice park but if you have a larger RV over 36' beware. There are so many full time "residents" that the cars and pick up trucks parked everywhere. I couldn't pull through 2 sites and had to back in to a site and I barely made it and was charged a pull through rate. OK for 1 night. Wouldn't stay any longer. PS I have over 75,000 miles in this 38' RV and never have a problem.

Stayed at this "campground" in July. Checked in and was told to go to the site marked by the signs. Only problem the signs were positioned wrong. Problems getting into site. Very run down park for the rate charged. Was basically a red dirt camp witrh dust everywhere. Pool looked like they hadn't added chlorine in months. Ok for a quick overnight but wouldn't stay any longer. Wi-Fi was down most of the time and the channels on TV were snowy. No cell service whatsoever, Looked like most of the rentals were tents...

Place is loaded with full timers and is located on busy HWY 17. Not worth the price.

Only $46 a night and free wi-fi. We were 20 yards from the beach and the place is truly wonderful. We stayed in our 38' Gulfstream coach with 2 golden retrievers. Definitely will be back. Much nicer than the other RV parks "claiming" to be ocean front.

The absolute worst run down RV park in the country. Traveled in a 40" Motorhome and was told by the Manager that we would be real happy here shaded lots, right by the ocean etc. Upon arriving I knew we were in for a surprise. The dirt road off the highway full of ruts and we had been calling the RV "PARK" all day no answer. Looked like something right off of the sound set of "Deliverance". The majority of the toothless residents outside of their dilapidated TRAILERS drinking beer and half drunk. They were all gawking as we pulled in The only thing missing was the kid with the banjo. What a sorry excuse for an RV park. Looked at the website and thought it would be fine. Had to drive 2 more hours to find suitable quarters for the night in Myrtle Beach. DO NOT VISIT THIS DUMP.

Very cramped spaces, slide outs almost touch each other. Poor landscaping, with just a few trees by the sites. Basically a cement parking lot surrounded by train tracks that are a constant noise problem with Amtrak, the Coaster and other local trains. Felt like I was in the movie "My Cousin Vinny." Borders the Coast Highway that feels as though you are at Sturgis, ND with all of the motorcycle noise. Close to the beach, although you have to walk down to the beach surrounded by a chain link fence. The whole area is very blighted and feels like it is on the wrong side of the "tracks." Very friendly and helpful staff and nice small pool area. We camped here for a couple of days. Would not return. Very expensive for what you get.

Pretty spartan RV park. Had a "Rocky Mountain Cabana" for the bathroom. No showers etc. Other than that it was a fairly nice park with the staff real friendly. OK for a stop over for a night.

Very easy on and off in Flagstaff. Nice people at the front desk and general store. Fairly wide open spaces. Wi-Fi was very unreliable. They were working on the reception at the time we stayed there. Nice stop over for a night or two. Good value for the price and convenience to the highway.

Really nice accessible RV park with all of the amenities. Easy pull through with Wi-Fi and nice areas with tables etc. Very well maintained and friendly staff. One word of caution upon pulling in go slow there is a small hollow in the road. Would definitely stay there again.

This RV park is one of the nicest parks available in the U.S. Huge oak trees big pull through sites and great and friendly staff on hand. My family was on the road and we only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this park to stay for any length of time. I will return on the way back to Florida.

One of the nicest parks that I have stayed in throughout the United States. We travel in a 38 Gulfstream. Staff was very friendly and it was a real quaint atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

I thought this would be a nice park, but it is over priced and has a ton of "residents," living here in broken down, old ramshackle fifth wheels. The area we were placed was a sorry combination of run down motor homes and fifth wheels on blocks, and mostly people living here with kids, etc. Would never return to this park. Should be priced in the $25.00 range.
