This is a nice park unless it rains, then is like camping in a swamp. We reserved a week and left after one day. The 30 amp service only gives 108 volts with a TV on. 95 with a coffee pot, don't try a/c. They are supposed to upgrade next year ( both electric and sewer), however you may want to call first to check. We won't stay here again.
A little tricky to find, but it is a nice quiet park. We stayed overnight using Reserve America. If in the area we would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is not much in the nearby area for restaurants.
Back-in section by pool. We asked for a site to see satellite, was not accommodated. Told all sites with open view to south were booked. We found that the Fri before we left, they were booked mostly to bikers with tents. Very loud weekend. Mostly seasonal campers here and they think they run the place and your site is a public walkway. Most people did not clean up after their dogs either. Overpriced as most of organ, Inc. campgrounds are. Will not stay here again.
Very nice park with large sites. Staff was very cordial and helpful. The casino poker room does not have a discount rate for the campground but you can use tour players club points toward rental. We will definitely stay here again.
Nice campground, very clean. No sewer hook-ups (honey wagon available 3 days a week), all back-in sites, some are difficult if sites are full around you. Sites are spacious in the front section. Most of the staff is not overly friendly unless you are an owner here. We stayed under RPI at &10.00 per night.
We found it to be a very nice park. The staff are all very friendly. Tours are available to D.C. and are a little pricy. The only bad part is the mud if it rains, however; they grade the roads after each storm. We will stay there again.
Many comments are same as previous post. They charge exorbinate rates for everything including coin-operated showers. Mostly older seasonal rigs. Most of staff are nice except for one obnoxious women on saturdays. Would not stay here again.
