The location of this park is superb with towering mountains on all sides. Management was friendly and helpful. Although the roads are gravel, dust was not a problem as most people drove slowly. Sites are wide, long and level, most with grass. No feeling of being jammed together with other units. There are big grassy areas with picnic tables for groups.

Overall this park is neat and tidy with some pavement and some gravel roads. Sites are narrow with no trees or bushes between units. Adjacent site's picnic table was almost touching our unit when our slide was extended. Noise level was low even though park is close to a freeway and airport. OK for an overnight stay.

Basic services only. No site manager, only payment drop box. Except for an early evening domestic dispute in the next RV, the park was quiet even though its located in the middle of the city. Adjacent trailer park looks pretty seedy but wasn't a problem.

Convenient location, just off I-5. Park is well kept and manager was friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site however sites are narrow and we could not fully extend our slide. Good for an overnight stop as the only commercial area is a truck stop.

This resort has mostly permanent park model mobile homes with a few RV sites that are relegated to a small graveled area at the back of the park, far from pool and clubhouse. Sites are narrow with a small concrete pad and picnic table. Staff was friendly and informative with an escort to site. Wi-Fi was non existent.

A little difficult to get to because of new freeway ramps but once there, the park is obviously well run and maintained. Sites and roads are compacted pea gravel so no dust. Staff is friendly and helpful with escort to site. Laundry facilities are clean and equipment ran well. Although close to freeway, noise level is acceptable, however, train whistles are loud early in the morning.

This is a very basic park, good for an overnight stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Don't expect any extras such as internet or TV reception. Sites are level and easy to access. RV park office is at the motel which is about a 1/4 mile away. Power outlets are 50 amp only but office will loan you an adapter if you have a 30 amp plug.

One of the closest RV parks to Dallas. No office, only a sign-in kiosk. Sites are level gravel. Some permanent residents but park was quiet and well maintained.

This park is neat, tidy and convenient with a supermarket near by. Although the sites were a little narrow, they were easy enough to get in and out of. Laundry was clean although the first dryer we tried didn't work. Noise level was acceptable.

Location is very convenient for visiting Atlanta area; however, it's not a destination park. Mostly permanent residents with older RVs. Sites were gravel and not too level. Office is closed Friday afternoon and doesn't open until Monday morning. Noise level is acceptable for being in a large metropolitan area.
