Nice level sites, good utility locations. Check-in process was a little long and a key card was required to go in/out of the gate and the card had to be returned when leaving - that was a pain. They wouldn't pre-assign a site because they put everyone side-by-side in the next available spot. Since they weren't very full, it would have been nice and more private if they had skipped a spot between RVs. The guy driving around on a golf cart asking if you are ready for a new RV was a little odd, but expected since it is part of an RV dealership. The Camping World (which is within walking distance) is overpriced - even higher than the catalog and about 10% higher than other Camping Worlds.

Dirt/mud at the site, there should at least be gravel. There were big ruts from where the guy before us apparently got stuck - don't know why these weren't smoothed out before we got there. Several cluttered long-term sites. Nice to have propane/windshield repair/newspaper shop inside the park. Wi-fi signal was good, however the internet connection was lost on a weekend day and not recovered until the next day. Hookups were good, no cable, but we could get 5 good channels off the air. Good location for volcanoes at Petroglyph Natl Monument.

Well stocked RV supply store, cheaper than most Camping Worlds we have been to. Friendly staff. Sites were level, utility location was good. Some shade trees. Good location for Chiricahua Natl Monument if you are over the 29' limit at the Natl Monument. Not much in town so get supplies before visiting.

Great park - an easy walk to the sand dunes, located behind the park. Another easy walk to Woahink Lake across the highway. From the tallest dune near the RV park you get a beautiful view of the dunes, the ocean and the lake. Nice wide sites with bushes between sites providing more privacy than you get at most places. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Short drive to dune tours and rental ATVs for the dunes. The sea lion caves and Florence are not very far away.

Our site was too short for both the 38 foot RV and the Jeep so we parked the Jeep in the overflow parking which was near our site. Couldn't pull back any further because the water hydrant would interfere with the doors on the slide. Overall, not a bad park. The beach is easy to get to by walking through a tunnel out of the hotel parking lot next door then take the elevator down to beach level and walk down a few steps. We would stay here if in the area again.

A nice resort: a good location for Portland, Mt Hood and the Columbia River Gorge. About 5 minutes to the nearest train station in Gresham. The park managers gave great directions. One lane 20-ton bridge at entrance could be a problem for some larger rigs with toy trailers in tow.

Rate was a weekly rate. A great RV park with a wide variety of site locations. Some areas have large trees for those of us who like shade and some areas have no trees for the satellite users. Next time, I will make a reservation earlier to try to get in row B. We were in spot D2 and had to use several boards to get the RV level. The managers were very nice and helpful with things to see and directions to get there. This is the best RV park in the area.

A great location to tour the west side of Olympic Natl Park and the beaches. Across the street (easy to cross) from a store that has it all: hardware, groceries, clothes, shoes, etc. Nice management who provides lots of information on things to do in the area.

The place was perfect except there are too many dogs running wild on the end of their leash with their owners letting them do whatever including crapping in the gravel and on the path to the beach. There were pieces of toilet paper around the sewer showing evidence of a problem, but this should have been cleaned up before we got there: no one wants to camp in a dirty spot. It did get a little tight on the weekend when it filled up, but during the week, management was great about spacing everyone out. Management was very friendly and helpful and had the best office hours we have seen.

The park is in a great location to see Mt Rainier and the east of Mt St Helens, even Seattle. There is a rails to trails path that goes both ways out of the park, spots are very spacious with full hookups. A duck pond is on the property with Daffy, Donald and Daisy for your entertainment and feeding pleasure. There are additional brand new pull through sites that are supposed to be available next spring. Park staff was extremely helpful in providing information about places to see and routes to take. We are 3 months into a 6 month trip and this is the best RV park we have stayed in so far. If we come back to this area, this is the park we will stay in.

Rate is weekly. There is only one 50A site - fortunately we got it. You can walk to the winery next door and to the diner between the campground and the highway. A wide variety of sites are available - shady or sunny. On Wed and Thurs the couple that manages the campground is not there and it is difficult to find someone if you want to check in or have questions.

Great location close to many things to see. We were here two weeks waiting on RV repairs after hitting a deer. The owners were very helpful and even kept our site open for us indefinitely until we we able to give them a leave date. Our only complaint is the sites are narrow and when the campground is full, as it was most of the time we were there, it is difficult to drive down the roads between the campsites because either campers or tow/pull vehicles are in or very near the road.

Great location to spend the night on the way into Canada. The campground is laid out in circles with the sites on each side of the circles making every site a pull through as long as you aren't too close to those on both sides of you. Interesting concept that worked great for us since we got there earlier and left later than our neighbors. The owner knows the surrounding area and attractions and is very willing to discuss what to see and the best driving routes.

Full hookups with cable was nice. The spots are too narrow and to make it even more difficult to get into your compartments, there are rail fences on both sides of the site. Frequent trains right at the campground - stones throw from your campsite. Expensive for what it is.

Nice campground with very nice owners. The "cable" is one station, probably received by antenna then distributed to the sites. The sites were level and wide enough for easy parking.

Pretty location next to a park that borders the river and a bike/walk path. If you want directions from the couple that manages the park, get them from the man. We got 3 sets of directions (to the same location) from the woman and couldn't follow any of them.

The reason we chose this campground is it is the further est private campground from the railroad track in the area and the corp of engineer and state park campgrounds were full. There are only 2 sites that don't have permanent residents on them and the one we got (#6) was very unlevel with a ditch running through the middle of it. This is more like a trailer park than an RV park. However, we had full hookups including cable and we were rarely at the RV when not sleeping so it wasn't too bad for us. We had to park backwards and get our front tires 2" off the ground to get level. I wouldn't recommend this park if you plan to spend time at the RV - there is no picnic table and it is not a typical RV park. It is not set up for recreational use.

Very small spots - if we had neighbors beside us or behind us we would be physically touching. Overhead power lines should be run underground. 5 large speed bumps driving through the park - not a lot of fun in the RV.

Nice wooded sites, but not quite wide enough. The fire pit on the site next to us was uncomfortably close to our window awnings. The putt putt golf course is fun, but is overdue for an upgrade. The trail around the lake is great for both walking and riding bikes.

Nice owners - very helpful local directions. Some sites were a little close together. Convenient access on/off hwy 2.

Friendly owner. Grassy sites with a few small trees. No cable and no TV off the antenna - need satellite if staying here any length of time. Tons of mosquitos, the owner doesn't spray for them.

The pull through sites do not have sewer hookups. Very convenient for overnight stay when passing through on highway 2. The campground is within walking distance to the monument for geographical center of north america.

The brewery within walking distance of the campground has great food and beer. I was very disappointed that we had 30A service - I had asked for full hookups and was given a 30A site instead of 50A even though 50A was available when I made the reservation. The other down side is they don't clean the sites between campers - there was several pieces of trash and even animal poop in the site.

Several nice spots with views of the lake. Very well maintained. Seems a little pricy considering there is no pool or hot tub or extra amenities.

Very friendly and accommodating staff with Dairy Queen goodies on site. Fairly well stocked store in the summer. Also has 2 camping cabins available. Only complaint is that the 30A breaker kept tripping at 20A. We didn't get a chance to tell the owner before we left, but I am sure he would replace it with a new one since the park seems to be very well maintained. Easy off and on I-75 without I-75 noise.

Nice owner. More, larger trees would be a good addition. Easy on/off the parkway and close to town.
