Older park, but very relaxing. All sites are easy backing and/or pull-through. Hosts were very nice and made us feel welcome. Bathrooms are old, but useable. Need to re-invest a little money in modernizing them. Other than that, we will return. Small fishing ponds are mostly for the kids, but had a great time watching them. Fishing is on a "catch and release basis" but the catfish can be kept for a nominal fee. Be sure to take the supplies you need, as the nearest store is about five miles. Lots of large shade trees and a beautiful stream flows through the park.
First time to visit this park. Very relaxing weekend. Park was full, but absolutely no bothersome noises, i.e. loud music, cars, etc. Many pull through sites. Very nice stream that runs through the campground. Small playground for children. Three small ponds to "catch and release" fish in. Granddaughters had a great time. Hosts were very nice and pleasant. Hint: Bring whatever you'll need. Nearest store is about five miles away in Pine Flat. Top off your fuel in Ducor.
