We stopped in on our way from the Keys. This resort is immaculate with palm trees, etc. We stayed for the New Year party and had a great time. The people are friendly and the staff was wonderful. We will be back next year instead of the Keys. Everything was perfect. Thank you.
This campground is a diamond in the rough. It seems that the owner has taken & never put back into the park. The pads were muddy, the 50 amps are very limited, and the water hook ups are below the ground making it hard to use. It's very quiet, and water pressure was good.
We stayed here because Good Sam rated them 9+. How wrong was this. I don't understand how Good Sam could have rated this more than a 2. Massive potholes, unlevel lots, what pavement was there was all broken up. Not compatible for a big rig as I had to pull up & back up several times to get out. Tree limbs hanging low & excessive noises, a train every hour with large acorns falling all during the night making it impossible to rest. The cable channels were very fuzzy, couldn't pick a clear channel to watch. I will finish with a positive note, the water pressure was great. We will not return!
This is a great resort to visit. The streets are wide so driving a big rig is not a problem. It has a gated entrance and well maintained. There is a gazebo at each site to enjoy the outside life. Great Wi-Fi and many cable channels to enjoy. It's private and extremely quiet. We will definitely be back..
Positives: Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Would stay again for a stop over. Free breakfast Sunday mornings. Small store well stocked. Negatives: Excessive road noise, Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, all roads are gravel. Other campers haven't cleaned up behind their dogs, excrement every where, no cable TV. 50 amp was very limited.
Very nice campground with lots of shade & my site was spacious.. There are many many bugs, had to battle them every day & night. The water is terrible, make sure you have bottle water to drink. The campground is some what new but we can see them trying to make it better each year.. Wi-Fi was good. Interior roads are paved but the sites are gravel with concrete patios. The office is very un-organized, in our party, we had reservations, & confirmations, to be placed together but when arrive we were scattered out. There was 3 sites ALL together, empty, during our entire stay. We all could have stay together if office had properly organized. We will probably stay here again.
This is a great resort. The current owner is updating with new internet through out the resort which takes time. They did get the internet up and was running great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The entertainment is second to none. Thanks Signature for a great stay. We will return next year.
Great campground. The management was very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi didn't work from our site but you can pick it up at the office. There is no cable and can't pick up any local TV channels. The campground is still not complete, looks like they have run out of money for completion. It is very quiet with a great mountain view. If the campground does get finished, it will be a class A resort. The pads were concrete & level. If we are in the area, we will stay here again.
When you arrive at the main entrance you think wow, gated entrance with a guard, nice well stocked store, friendly staff; but once you enter the resort, the roads consist of mud and gravel, extremely dusty. The sites are unlevel with no concrete pads. There are a lot of small campers that looks like they have been here for years. No cable TV, a lot of trees causing problems for your dish. I will not camp here again.
The staff were friendly but the sites were extremely tight & unlevel. We had to park on grass. I feel this is, like all KOA's, are over priced. Most likely we will not return to this campground. We just stayed only one night.
If you camp at this resort make sure you get them to park you in the new sites. Those sites are paved with all concrete slabs, and very spacious. I feel the rates are excessive and the staff could be a little more friendly. It's very close to the interstate causing alot of road noise. We had paid for a month but had an emergency and had to leave early, they refused to refund any monies. The internet service comes and goes and the cable TV is the same. They offer a separate faucet to allow you to wash your RV, a nice feature. It is a gated resort which makes it very safe. The area is well lighted. The area has lots of shopping and plenty of things to do. There is major expansion going on right now causing alot of dust. Monthly campers have to pay for electricity: my bill for one month was $150.00. I camped just north of this campground last year with an electric bill of just $50.00. Makes me wonder. This resort does have the making of a class A resort. We will probably camp here again.
Staff very friendly with reasonable rates, lots of shade. Close to I-75, thus causing a lot of traffic noise, very sandy campground, you know what that means, sand everywhere. Wi-Fi very weak. Campground good for 1 night only. We would stop again when passing through as a resting point
This campground is great. The price is reasonable & the staff are great. There is an abundance of wildlife; ducks, squirrels, coons, fish & muskrats. The spaces are a little tight but OK. The sites are mostly paved with numerous sites on the river with lots of shade. You can build you own camp fire. Very nice. We will stay here again.
This is a nice campground and centrally located. The only problem I have is the dust. On dry days they will run water trucks to help out against the dust. Each day our cars & motorhomes were covered with dust I also noticed that all campers doesn't pay the same rates. There was 4 campers in our party and we camped together but each one of us paid a different price, I don't understand that. We don't plan on returning
The staff was very friendly & helpful. All the sites are gravel sometimes creating some dust. The internet service and cable were great. The sites were large enough to handle big rigs, which I was in 45'. We will certainly return in the future.
This is a very nice campground but very tight. I noticed that they are now charging some extra fees like water & reservation fees, which I feel is another way to get extra money. We stayed in site # 13 which is owned by the guy that owns sites 12 & 13 and camped next to us. That was a nightmare. The owner was a complete nut. He woke us up at all hours of the night for stupid questions and later left out in the wee-hours of the night, extremely noisy. He continuously monitored our every move. If we go back, we will not stay in # 12 or 13. I feel that the campground is very over priced.
The campground is spacious with large pull thru sites. It's located in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. Upon arrival, I had a problem with poor tv cable reception. When I called the front desk some young brat answered with a somewhat rude remark concerning his cable. This problem could be corrected with a trip to the wood shed. If we pass through, we would probably stay again.
Very nice park with lots of site space. This park sits between I95 and the turnpike, thus alot of traffic noise. The only complaint I have is I alone, with another fellow camper, made reservations two months in advance and had asked to be together. Upon arrival we were told that they were too full for us to be together. We noticed that vacant lots next door to us was vacant during my entire stay. It seems that the office personal can't make decisions.
The park is very nice, and some of the nicest people in the world. The sites are vey large with lots of room. The only negative I have is the traffic. The golf carts don't pay attention to the speed limit and don't respect your presence.
The park is very nice, but investors beware as I was a victim. The sales personnel said one thing, but at time of closing, the contract stated something else. Very one sided. Bella Terra refused to refund all monies. A big loss for us.
