The best thing about this park is its location. It is convenient to Charlotte. The sites are not level, the drainage is poor (it rained a lot)and mud flowed. Owners did not seem to care about any concerns or improvements. Cable was ok, as was Wi-fi. The laundry facility was very nice. Lots of day laborers and long term tenants. There was an old amphitheater that was deteriorating and looked terrible. No playground or any activities.
The view of the lake is lovely. The sites are very tight and difficult to enter and exit. The bathrooms are very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cable is limited with no ESPN in NASCAR country: Wi-Fi is spotty. There is no playground, but plenty of room for dogs. For a park that bills itself as a "Resort", it was full of day workers in small, older units. Parking is very limited. We found it overpriced for the space and amenities.
