Friendly, clean and very neatly kept park. Rules were posted and all seemed reasonable. These are probably why the park is so clean and tidy. Sites were large enough and easy to park. Excellent overnight place while seeing Arches NP and Moab. Many trees offer some shade which is welcomed in this country.
Over priced. Stopped overnight and everyone else in the RV park seemed to be permanent. Not exactly a resort, but it is on a river. The river is down a steep hill and cannot be seen from the campground. Pretty far north of town--about 10 minute drive in. Bathrooms were very clean and grass was watered and green. Seems to be just for seasonals now. On the verge of being run down.
Very crowded RV park. The pool is shared with the motel on same property and it is not large enough to enjoy swimming or even sitting at pool. Tents are allowed to camp "wall to wall" with each other. Closest RV park to Zion NP and it is convenient, but not an enjoyable "camping "experience. Everyone runs their a/c, so electricity is weak.
