This place is a bargain! It's primarily long term residents in park models with RV sites sprinkled throughout. It is an over 55 park and no dogs are allowed. Everyone is very friendly to the RVers. TengoInternet was recently installed for Wi-Fi. No cable TV is available without subscribing to a provider. Water, electric, and sewer are at the back of the sites - I had to use extra hose and power cord extension to reach. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
We stayed for one week at this park. It is in a great location near the beach, clean restrooms, large level concrete pads, a decent pool, impressive paver driveways, but... there are no picnic tables, staff was pretty curt, and would you believe the following rule: "Restroom and shower facilities are closed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, Monday - Saturday and 10:00 PM until 11:00 AM on Sunday. Please plan accordingly." Thankfully they didn't seem to enforce the rule, but why in the world would they even state it? I wouldn't stay here again even if the rate was half of the $74 they charge!
Camped in a 40' motorhome towing. Paid $40 per night for 3 nights with 4th night free (only valid on a Sunday/Monday check-in. If you go to this campground make sure you use the GPS coordinates provided on the campground website - not their mailing address. It is a pretty old campground with a preponderence of seasonals. That said, everything was pretty neat and clean. Restrooms were old with many coats of paint, but clean. We stayed in a pull through site that was pretty level and was reasonably sized. Wi-Fi was excellent. Biggest complaint was the very tight access roads. I strongly recommend that any motorhome over 40 feet not consider this campground. When leaving with my 40 foot motorhome I had to back up out of the pull through site, then hookup the toad - it was too tight to go out forward - which really defeats the benefit of a pull-through site.
