This is a large campground. We stayed in site 55. It was a very nice wooded site over by the highway. Some highway noise but we did not mind it. Golf cart rental is $60 a day on the weekend, which you'll need one if you stay over by the office and plan on enjoying the waterpark area (quite a hike). Staff was very friendly. We would have granted this park a 10, if this campground had free WiFi and cheaper Golf Cart rentals as well as earlier hours for the swimming pools. Pools do not open until 10:30am (front pool) and 12:00pm (waterslide pool). We will return and stay in site 55 again. Had a great time!

This is a family friendly park. We stayed in a Red Carpet site across from the playground. We enjoyed the two nice swimming pools, water slide, and jumping pillow. Large field in center of park for the kids to run and play. Wi-Fi worked great at our site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will return.

Nice campground for young children. The waterpark is small. The only swimming pool at the park is considered an "activity" pool. This would be a nicer park if they had a second pool to relax in. Pool area is too small to enjoy on a crowded weekend. Jumping pillow and pedal carts are nice. Although there are only 8 pedal carts, not thirty as stated in the brochure. These areas are unattended and there were young children unsupervised walking onto the track. Some sites are very tight. Our site was 117 and it had two small trees in the center that need cut down. Our small Travel Trailer barely fit, and the awning hit the trees. I'd recommend sites 101 thru 111 or 119 thru 125. We like the trash / recycling option. The owner does have a "yelling" problem. One day he walked through the waterpark threatening to close it because one person was illegally parked. Why would you threaten 100 people for one parked car?! Nice enough park, but not sure we will be back.

We stayed here over a 3 day weekend in-season. It is a wooded campground. Our site was large, but not very private. The mini-golf and peddle cart area would have been more enjoyable if it wouldn't have been for the flying insects. Take your bug spray. The swimming pools, and water slides were nice, as well as the game rooms, but the hours were a little short considering it was in-season. Not sure that we will stay here again. Nothing at the campground justified the high price.

We stayed here over a weekend before summer vacation started, with our 2 small children. We liked our site #B30, it was wooded and semi-private. Nice space between sites. The campground was a hit with our small children, they enjoyed the pool, paddle boats, mini-golf, and the 3 different playground areas. It was a bit of a walk from our site to the pool and play areas. The game room is small. The only negative over this weekend was that there were a lot of unattended, young children riding bikes around the campground. We would stay here again.

We stayed here to tour Harper's Ferry and enjoy the Mountain Heritage Arts & Crafts Festival. The park was very busy this weekend but our stay was a pleasant one. Nice pool, game room, playground, and movie theater for the family. The site we stayed in was a bit rough and not level, so bring plenty of leveling blocks. Has a nice store, and friendly staff. We will return again next year.

We stayed here on a trip to visit Idlewild Amusement Park. Easy in and out. You are surrounded by permanent seasonal trailers. The sites are tight. The bathrooms need some maintenance, paint, updated stalls, etc. The toilet was wobbly. The playground was nice for smaller children. The indoor pool was nice, though you have to walk thru the eating/dinning room to get to it. The outside pool is a nice size, but we didn't care for the music, it was a little loud. Might return, but will try someplace else next year.

This is a very clean campground. Friendly staff. It is located right next door to Dutch Wonderland, and very close to many great Outlet Shopping Centers. If you are worried about the Roller Coaster noise, ask to stay on the other side of the campground. We will stay again.
