I have seen some of the other reviews and must state the following. I think this is a nice Adult park. I don't go for a pool (got one at home), I don't have little kids, and I appreciate quiet. That said, this park is quiet, shaded, has wine tastings, pizza, and a nice lounge with flavored coffees. There are some nice pull through sites that border woods, very shaded. Some of the little additives like a sculpture, old train cars used as cabins, and an old English phone booth add charm. I liked it and will always stop on my way North and South on I-95.

While this place was probably once nice, it is a shame they let it run down so. A little paint would go a long way. Sites are way too close together and there are storage trailers parked in front of the lovely view of the adjoining Amish farm. What a shame they don't know how to use the facilities they have. Only 10 cable channels.

Nice park. Stream borders an Amish farm and park. However, next to an amusement park that is noisy during the day. They have some permanents and cater to groups especially scouts. Lancaster itself has some good restaurants and the American Music Theater. Can not recommend sites near Route 30. Get one near the stream, but they are back ins. Nice shade.

This is a pretty campground but please know they are partial to their regulars. Even though we stayed three weeks, they would not give us one of the premium sites which are empty all week except for the weekends. Many permanents here. Beautiful pond, pool, and children's activities plentiful. Don't bother with their little restaurant. Cable only works in the premium site. Wi-Fi only at office. Our Verizon Wi-Fi and cellphones were very spotty here. Good access to Gettysburg battlefield.

The owners of this park are deceptive. Be careful. We distinctly asked for a pull thru several times, were assured we had that and were given a pull IN. Had to back our fiver out. Could not even detach as the site was on an embankment. Please be advised they are building a hotel on their adjacent site and huge trucks rumble through at breakneck speeds all day long. Noise and dust are the rule here. Staff was not there to greet us and got annoyed when I asked for my Good Sam discount. Most of the sites are occupied by construction workers. I cannot recommend tthis place.
