This is a basic park, great if you're a golfer; sites are gravel and fairly level. Very quiet and beautiful location; best if you want to get away from it all and just golf. Negative for me was the communal campfire site right in front of our spot. Friendly managers; local deer family wandered through daily. We'd definitely come back again for a "play & stay".
This is a great overnight stop, close to I-5 with good access. Also right next door to Woodburn Outlet Mall if you're into shopping (no sales tax in Oregon); mall has tourist information office with maps, brochures, road info, etc. Showers are great -- good pressure, HOT water. Also has laundromat that we didn't use, but looks clean, with newer machines. Sites are paved and fairly level. Not much on-site recreation, but does have seasonal pool. This is the second time we've stayed here.
This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great overnight stop, very convenient access, just off the I-5, but not terribly noisy. Park is clean; staff is helpful. It's also close to Bellis Fair mall, Costco, Walmart, Fred Meyer, and not too far from Trader Joe's. Not much recreational stuff at the park, but a great overnighter.
