My husband and I have been to many different campgrounds in Florida and the southeast. We were impressed with the owners and they way they laid the park out. It is obvious that they had been campers as well. The place is spotless, the facilities, i.e., bath, showers, laundry are very unique and clean. They have just completed the clubhouse and it looks like walking into the lobby of a grand hotel. They still have many things to complete, one of them being the pool, but you can bet when completed it will be eye popping. We enjoy the many social gatherings by Bill and Denise and not too many parks have the owners present but involved in the planning and sometimes the cooking. We have visited here 5 times and plan to go back again and again. We even have scheduled our camping club for rallies. When in the area, don't pass up a visit to the most interesting camp resort. See you there!
This was our second trip and Debbie the owner is very friendly. Right now they are at the mercy of no rain, so it was difficult to get a boat to water, but she volunteered her husband with a four wheel drive to launch a boat. There is a nice pool, deck and enough chairs for everyone. The rec hall is a little crowded with tables, but can be moved easily. Very quiet area and once a month they karaoke on Saturday night.
