This was our 2nd time staying in this COE. It is beautiful. We were in site #56, which has an extended patio area with picnic table and backs up to the river. The sites are level and the setting for all are great for peaceful enjoyment of the change of season. The price reflects senior pass.
Since this is a new park, it is very clean and level. The staff was friendly & helpful. The 1st draw back is the entrance. Coming from the West, it is impossible to see. Realty office on the side obscures entrance view until you have already passed it. 2nd is Wi-Fi service is practically non-existent, 3rd is it is right on heavily traveled hi-way and noise is constant, and 4th the doggie area is nothing but a scrap of ground left after construction of the park. Full of sandy weedy stickers. Small stickers hurting dogs paws, etc. We have stayed at other parks in the area, and based on price and all of the above, we will not be back.
This resort is by far the most beautiful RV resort we have ever stayed in. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere surrounded by clean, well maintained private sites are just one of the great features. The close proximity of walking/bike paths, beach, shopping, etc. make this a must see resort. The office staff are not very customer friendly, but we don't spend much time in the office, so the park itself makes up for the short time spent with unfriendly personnel. We will definitely be back.
This park was very quiet and clean. The rate reflects Good Sam discount at a weekly rate. We were in site #256, and really enjoyed the privacy and cleanliness. This park seems to have many retirees and full-timers, but all sites were clean and well maintained. The showers and bathroom were old, but it looks like they are in the process of building new facilities. The only negative we found was the laundry facility. Out of 10 washers, 5 were out of order, and the same ratio applied to the dryers. But they are in the process of building a new facility for this also. We would stay here again. Nice and quiet, pretty old moss hanging trees, and friendly people throughout.
This park is very clean and well maintained. Even the dog walk and dog park were clean. The people were all very friendly and helpful. We would have given a 10, but the location next to busy highway and businesses was a little troubling at first, but once settled in, we felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.
As previously stated, the sites are level and wide. Streets are well marked. Wi-Fi is not reliable, and the "Bark Park" is large and would be a nice place to let dogs run loose, if it weren't for the fact that evidently the area is never cleaned. It was full of dog excrement. Management was unfriendly.
The staff was friendly, but the campground is not very well maintained. The grass immediately out our door was tall and needed to be cut. All the grass surrounding our site needed to be cut. Other areas that had been cut were full of dried grass clippings. As a result, taking pets out was messy. The sites are gravel, and ours was not level. This is a nice place for an overnight, but not longer. May be better if you have no pets.
This park is the best of all worlds. Not your typical concrete RV park. Clean, wooded, creating much privacy and beach access. There was always friendly park staff around maintaining the grounds, etc. We were here for 1 week, and look forward to our next visit.
This park is excellent. We stayed in one of the better sites in the upper end. The pads were long and level. There are shade trees, doggie parks, and it is beautifully landscaped with fall flowers and pumpkins, and very clean. The only reason we didn't give a 10 was because the Wi-Fi service was pretty slow at peak periods. We would highly recommend this park.
The only positive about this park is its location. Close to interstate, shopping, etc. The park is old and small. The water hookup is at least one foot down in ground. Very unhandy, but luckily the weather was dry. If it would have rained, it would have been a messy challenge. We were in a 38Ft. Fifth Wheel, and the site was so narrow, it was a challenge to squeeze it in. We had to park our tow vehicle in the grass on the backside of the park. There seemed to be many permanent residents.
The park was small, but clean. The site was pretty level except for the ruts left by the previous RV'er. Because we were in site #1, there was a little road noise, but all in all, our stay was a good one. We will definitely stay here again.
This park is very well maintained. Very clean. Level concrete pads, with parking space on side of pads for one vehicle. The bathrooms were a little outdated, but fairly clean. We stayed here for one week, and will definitely stay here again.
This is a large facility with many year round residents. There are plenty trees, and the grounds are well kept. The pull thru sites are a bit narrow, and some have low hanging tree branches. The park advertises internet service, but it was not working on the two occasions that we stayed there. All in all, this is a nice park.
The grounds were very well kept, and the view was spectacular. This is a very quiet and peaceful park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was a little uneven, but nothing serious. We will definitely stay here again.
The grounds were very clean, and the shower, bathroom and laundry facilities were immaculate. We were new to RV'ing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future. If we were rating only on cleanliness and friendly staff we would rate a 10. Lack of trees or landscaping on the grounds were the reason for a 9 rating.
