The basis of this review is the belief that a score of 10 is equivalent to a hotel raring of 5-6 star hotel. This is the first park we have experienced that would receive a 10 rating. It was clean, accessible, wide sites with lawn, beautifully landscaped and treed, quiet, great hook ups and Wi-Fi that really did work. We initially planned to stay one night and ended up staying 3 nights because it was so enjoyable. The managers are pleasant, engaging, helpful; great people. They know how to run an RV Park. This park should be a benchmark for other parks when scoring a 10. We will stay here again AND we will tell everyone else to make sure they stay at Premier Park when in the area.

The basis of this review is the belief that a score of 10 is equivalent to a hotel raring of 5-6 star hotel. We arrived late evening and were greeted by the camp host who assisted us in finding a space and positioning our coach. The park is clean and easy to maneuver with great views of the city lights. It is clean, quiet, easily accessible and the staff pleasant and engaging. It's a new park and still under development. We didn't use Wi-Fi so not sure if it was available. We stayed one night. We will stay here again and tell others to do so as well.

The basis of this review is the belief that a score of 10 is equivalent to a hotel raring of 5-6 star hotel. We arrived late and found the after hours check in easy. We were surprised by the orange trees and were met by the citrus aroma and fruit hanging on the branches in the morning. The park is clean and it easy to maneuver throughout the park. The opportunity to harvest a bag of fresh oranges was a delight. The sites are pull through and traffic noise is heard throughout the park. We stayed one night. We will stay here again, given it is harvest season.

The basis of this review is the belief that a score of 10 is equivalent to a hotel raring of 5-6 star hotel. This park does not meet the previously given 9/10 rating. When checking in we were told that technically there is Wi-Fi, but connecting would not be easy. We did not use the Wi-Fi. There are many permanent residents in this RV park. There is only a 4 foot fence that separates it from the mobile home park next door, which is an eye sore. The park and space surface is asphalt. Our dog had nowhere to sit or lie down and her coat turned black from all the tar dust. Traffic noise is heard throughout the park. The sites are divided by a 3 foot curbed bedding area. The sites are very close together; with slide outs extended there is little room to sit out on the asphalt . The overall park layout is tight. The hook ups are good and there are attendants in the park throughout the day doing maintenance and upkeep. We stayed one night. We would not stay here again.

The basis of this review is the belief that a score of 10 is equivalent to a hotel raring of 5-6 star hotel. This park does not meet the previously given 8/10 rating. There are many permanent-residents in this RV Park with tents, canopies, and other 'additions' adhered to the campers. Traffic noise is heard throughout the park. The park is busy with autos driving through and had we seen the security guard when we entered the park, we would not have stayed. The sites are pull through and share the common space with the site across from you. The sites were tight for our 37' coach The host was friendly and ready when we arrived. We stayed 1 night. We will not stay here again.
