This was not a planned stay, but due to a blowout of my rear driver tire we could not make it to our intended stop in Williams, AZ. Kingman KOA was very friendly, clean and very pet friendly. At first glance, the park looks confining and narrow, but really isn't and very maneuverable. They seem to get a lot of tent and cabin overnight people. Trees and bushes separate the pull-throughs and we had no problem with after hour noise. It is located in odd place, a residential neighborhood, but really not an issue. We would stay here again.
Stayed 4 nights in the older section because of cable hookup. Back (newer section) has no cable. Really nice Rv park, well manicured green areas. No one ever bothered us. Park is on a gradual sloop. We stayed with 4 small dogs not a problem, no extra charges. Would stay there again.
We stayed 4 nights while attending some training. Yeah, its a parking lot with hookups, but nobody bothered us and with 4 small dogs we had no problems. At registration, we're told to go find a site we liked and report it to them.
A very clean and nicely landscaped park. Not enough pull thrus. The back-in are more spacious and nicer. Easy to find and enter. Desk personal were friendly enough, however, their man to guide you to your site has a really bad attitude. First he literally yelled at me for not downloading my toad before entering the park, then got even angrier when he tried to make turn 270 degrees with a tow dolly toad into our site and I wouldn't. It wasn't just me either, I watched him scold out another guest when guiding him to their site. Not sure we'll ever go there again.
