Cannot beat the ocean view: it is worth every penny. Park is spotless. Spots are all black top and tight packed close together. Cable TV is good (HBO). Free WiFi: strong signal. Short walk to little town of Pacifica. Pacifica is very handy: post office, Safeway, mom and pop bakery, decent chinese restaurant, Walgreen's, organic store and more all in a tidy 3 or 4 block town.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Sites gravel and level. Bathrooms are clean and basic. I recommend this park. Accommodates every size rig. Though not fancy, it is far and away the easiest, most reliable, cleanest, safest RV park near Sacramento. I have stayed here often because I use my RV for business travel to make calls in Sacramento. Cable TV is not very clear. Staff tried to fix it but admitted they have trouble throughout the park. WiFi is strong.
We enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay here again. Sites are gravel and level. Did not need our jacks. Quiet with mature trees and trails surround the park. The office staff and owners were exceptionally friendly. Rustic not primitive. Plenty of nature for kids to enjoy. Not an 'amusement park.' Park is old; however, it is clean, roomy, and they are upgrading it. Short walk to the historic town of Columbia. Had several deer come to visit during our stay. WiFi was good. Had some trouble with the cable TV when we first pulled in and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes: with a smile. The cable TV only has 4 channels. Showers are clean. Better allow 10-15 minutes for the heat to run before you use the shower.
Their website is misleading!! This is a tiered, full time trailer park cut into a steep hillside with a few RV sites near the road on an open gravel patch. We did not check-in because it was completely unappealing in every way.
