Stayed 5 nights and loved this place. Stayed here years ago and the park is in much better shape than I remembered. Very clean park with excellent facilities, even had place to wash cars. Everyone, including office people were very friendly to us. Great location at edge of town, walk to places even 11th Street Cowboy Bar. We will return.
Stayed all summer and love this park. Best in area by far. Rate shown is monthly rate. All utilities and facilities are top notch. We will return next year for our third summer. Only reason I did not rate as a "10" is that the restrooms are kept locked and accessible only with an extra charge. If you are attending a function and need to use the facilities you have to go to your RV.
Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the park and the guests. Well managed park. Maintenance was good with no problems encountered. Good location. WI-FI was "iffy" and cable TV was hit and miss, but altogether was a good experience. This is my favorite RV park in this area.
Stayed 2 nights at PPA rate of $11. Very nice smaller park and convenient to town. If you have not been to Bandera, put it on your bucket list. Enjoyed the park, would have been a 10 but showers/rest rooms needed some cleaning.
Rate is based on monthly stay. This is a great RV Park. Quiet and convenient location. All facilities are clean and well kept. Stayed 2 months and will be back. Only fault I found was when the park was full (which it usually is) we could not get WiFi at our western edge of park site. Reception available in lounge. This is by far the nicest RV Park in Ruidoso area..
Rate is with the Passport America discount. This is a very barren park with not much going for it. However, it is well worth the price for a one night stop. All utilities were in good working order. Showers were clean and very usable.
The previous reviews just about say it all. This is in the top 3 RV parks we have ever visited. I would have given it a 10 rating but the Wi-Fi did not work during our overnight stay. Many of our friends have stayed here and just raved about the place so we had to see for ourselves. They were right. Great location among the old Missions and about 3 miles from the River Walk area. We stayed here using our PPA card.
In over 25 years of RV travels this is the nicest park we have stayed in. It is beautiful, well located and the people working there were great. We were escorted to our site, water tap cleaned with bleach for us, electric box was swept clear of any bugs, and picnic table was washed. This is a must stay park and we will return.
Very shady park. Overall it was OK, but there was not a level site in the campground. Like most state parks this one could stand more maintenance and cleaning in the restroom areas. Good location, not a bad stop over place.
Rate is for PPA and was cash only. Not a bad campground for the area. Sites and restrooms/laundry showed some updating. Wi-Fi available only near office, not at campground. TV available only through installed satellite dish, rental receiver.
We spent a week at this very lovely, clean park. Had site 12 which was called "Honeymoon Suite". It was complete with gravel parking area, large concrete patio, grass lawn and even a nice metal sculpture. Road noise was not bad, all personnel were friendly and helpful. Facilities were top notch. This is probably going to be the best stop of our summer trip.
Very nice park. Very friendly, clean and located in a great part of Texas. Wi-Fi was excellent; TV was non existent (no cable and weak air signal). There was cable TV in the rec center, but not at RV sites. Rate shown is Pass Port America.
This is an excellent RV park. Very clean and very well managed. Sites were a little close, but that is what you get in a resort area. Site had great paver patio area. Palms and other bushes were well kept and trimmed. Hookups were all updated and in good working order. We enjoyed our stay.
Spent 3 days there to check out new Travel Trailer. Have stayed at this park many times. Have made management and facility changes that were great. Restrooms clean and functional. Great location, site was so level no blocks were needed.
Second year staying here for season, spent 4.5 months. Great huge sites, well managed park in a great central location. Activities were super and would recommend this park to everyone. They also accept TT/NACO and Passport America.
Beautiful campground on the Colorado River in Bastrop. Nice area to visit and close for day trips to Austin. Very well maintained with concrete pads. One of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at in Texas. Pull-throughs for easy overnights and plenty of room for long stays. We stayed for 1 week. We will stop here again.
Stayed using TT/NACO rate of $199/mo. Stayed 3 months. Nicest winter Texan park in the valley with huge sites. Full activity schedule and excellent park management. Will be there this coming winter season.
Rate reflects monthly rate. Stayed for 3 months, Oct-Dec, will return next fall. Great location, we stayed in section "A" outside the gate next to Dirty Al's. Island has great beach and many fine places to eat. Surf and bay fishing was great.
Nice campground close to Lexington and many historical sites. Great place to stay while enjoying the area. Road into park needed work but we were there early in the season while maintenance projects were underway.
