Most of the previous reviewers were correct albeit a little harsh. Yes, most sites are in a big open field set up with FHU. This is a grass field with sites along the periphery. Quite acceptable for the time of year we were there. It might be unacceptable during the heat of Summer. An individual staff member was prompt in answering the phone and any of our questions. He also was available in the 'club house' several days. At the conclusion of our stay, he came to the site to settle up. Many areas to walk in and several ponds to explore. Warning signs regarding gators and snakes were posted near ponds. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when visiting Savannah.

We selected this park based on how close it was to The Cove (Billy Graham training Center). We also visited the Biltmore Estate. Very basic, no frills gravel sites and interior roads. Short road into park has many deep potholes so drive very slow. Grass at each site and most are separated by short wooden fence. Combination of pull through and back in sites with FHU. We would stay here again.

Sites were level, concrete pads, well located hookups, grassy areas. Grounds were clean, signage was minimal and effective. Only concern was directional arrows indicated one way traffic. The impact of these arrows would force you to back out of a pull through site to comply. staff was available and checked in with us during our stay. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. We would return.

It was a little difficult to locate but park was clean and check in was efficiently accomplished. We are 38 feet + and several of the sites would have been difficult for us as we did not wish to disconnect our tow for a one nite in-transit stay. Staff was accommodating in placing us where we could easily exit. Had a momentary issue with the low electrical voltage which turned out to be my progressive protector. It had failed due to internal moisture. Voltage measured OK with a multimeter. Park buildings appeared in disrepair with broken trampoline shoved to the side and community building locked..
