This is a good spot to stop on a trip from NY to Fl, on the way to Key West. It is pretty clean, and the spots are big and many are pull-through. It is not really a pretty park, a bit rough around the edges, but they did have room for us without a reservation. The only thing that we didn't care for was the woman in the office was not too nice. She kind-of had an attitude that she didn't want to be there. Other than that, it was convenient, and accommodating.
We came to this RV park without a reservation on a busy day, and they found us a spot. The woman in the office was extremely nice and helpful. We got a beautiful spot right on the water and the other RVers we spoke to there were very nice. It was like a resort, many spots also had docks for their yachts, and also people were living there monthly. Their spots were lovely with flowers and gardens and very neat and clean. I would definitely go back.
This is the nicest KOA we have ever stayed in. The owners are so friendly and it is truly immaculate. There is a great camp store with food, gifts, clothes, and internet access. They do not charge for Wireless Internet access like some others. The owner takes you right into your spot, and many are pull-through. It is easy to get to off of Rt. 95, and easy to make a reservation. I would highly recommend this KOA.
We camped here after camping in an expensive RV park in the Keys, and this was just as nice, if not nicer. The site was very large, plenty of space to park our pick-up truck, open our slide, and enjoy the picnic table. We found the park very clean, friendly, good laundry facilities, and quiet. The beach was huge and almost empty, and we took our dogs on leashes, and had a wonderful time. Overall, we would rate this campground a 9.5 out of 10, the only thing it needed was a better camp store,
