Great park. The best selection of RV supplies that we've seen at a campground store. While technically big-rig friendly, the roads are narrow and a few trees need trimming. Enjoyed a catered BBQ and live country music one night for less than $10/person. There us some freeway noise, but we've heard a lot worse. The park also runs a van service to downtown Nashville, but can't rate it as we didn't utilize it. We would stay here again when in Nashville area.

As others have noted, communications with the community center folks is a bit hit or miss. They did call me back and took our reservation. The facility is a paved parking lot with utilities. Electrical and water were excellent voltage & pressure. Watch for signs as trucks and RVs enter the park separately from cars. The only complaint is the cost of $40/night. For a plain jane parking lot with hook-ups $20 would be more in-line with what we've experienced. However, when visiting Morgantown, your choices are pretty limited and we would stay here again when visiting.

This park is a bit run-down and caters to snowbirds that come and stay for the entire season. They tore down the building that housed the laundry facility, so must go into town to do laundry. There is a bar on site, so some late night noise when they are open, along with what appeared to be traffic from outside park coming to bar. Some sites are on grass so got pretty mushy after rain. The turn off the main road is tight and funnels you through a stone wall entry, which I was unable to navigate and had to disconnect toad half way through, not pretty. This park's location is great but Encore doesn't seem to budget sufficiently for capital improvements, or maybe the cash flow doesn't support it. We would stay again when visiting family in Palm Coast.

Spent 11 days here while visiting friends nearby. Large, easy to access sites, all back-ins but very easy to maneuver. No restrooms or showers, so you must be self-contained. Felt safe, as public safety officers always patrolling. Sites are gravel and some are fairly level, but most are not, so extra blocks are necessary. Dust was the only reason I didn't rate a 9. They did come by once with water truck, but needed to do it daily to effectively keep dust down. We will stay here again for sure!
