This is a nice park, actually a farm/campground run by a very friendly family. We had a hard time finding it, but we came in the 'back way'. It would be easy from the direction that we exited. The shower house was dated, but clean. There were a lot of bugs, but that's because we were way back in the trees, very secluded. Overall, a nice park in an area where there aren't many.
We stopped here and paid for the site before driving into the park. The pool area was very nice, but the rest of the park was a real dump. Poor roads, poorly marked sites, etc. We didn't go into the bathrooms, but I doubt they were clean based upon the rest of the premises. They were nice enough to refund our payment without any issue, which I greatly appreciated.
This is a parking lot in a GREAT location if you are visiting New York City. I was a bit apprehensive about staying here in a tent trailer, but we felt very safe and would return here without hesitation. The front office staff was very helpful and the restrooms were cleaned each day. It would have been nice for them to be cleaned twice a day, but they were pretty nice overall. There is also a nice laundry facility, but no Internet access. Conveniently located near the New Jersey Path trains into New York City (about 6 blocks which we walked at night without any issues).
