This is a National Forest Service Campground in Minti-Lasal NF. It is 20 miles of gravel road to get there, but it is secluded, peaceful, quiet and there are deer walking through campsites. Shady and hiking/lake nearby. Camped in 24' van. Wouldn't recommend trying to take any larger than a 28 to 30' RV in there. Several hard sided camping trailers and vehicles were there.

Shaded sites. Two large restroom buildings. Convenient to walk to downtown restaurants. Well-kept. Sites are close and offer little privacy.

A little tough to get into, and bath house is up the hill from the sites. Appears to be lot of residents, but didn't see any issues. Host was friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is best near the office/bath house.

Nice location. Cleanest vault toilets I have ever seen. The two hosts go around and clean, mop, and deodorize them 2 to 3 times per day !! Kudos to them for their pride in what they do! Great location and easy in and out.

Excellent for a government campground. Bath, showers and laundromat were excellent and clean. People in visitor center were very helpful and pleasant. After reservation was paid for 5 nights at $22 per night, I got an email that I would have to pay $7 per night for vehicle access, or $70 for annual pass. Friendly host routinely circles park in golf cart to keep and eye on things. Quiet and relaxing.

Tight, small spaces, really could use a little more room. And for some reason, they have wood posts about 18 to 24 inches high everywhere, and hidden in tall grass and bushes. Damaged my RV backing up to level. Bath and pay showers are nice, but showers weren't cleaned as often as needed. Great location, but be aware that AT&T does not have any cell service on east side of park (does on west). Verizon works on both sides.

Only facilities are restrooms. Kept up OK. Nice park, paved drives and sites. Lots of shade. Was very windy when I was there. Within walking distance of Thunderbird Lodge which has cafe and ice for sale. Could not find any shower facilities in town.

Stopped over just for the night. Large park and convenient. Had low amperage coming through my 30 amp site so had to turn everything else off to run AC. Not near restaurants though, so get food before you go. Site good, noise level good, showers and restrooms clean. Laundry facility good.

Cleanest restroom and shower in many, many nights on the road. Friendly staff and owner. Stayed extra nights as I liked it there. Will stay again next time through.
