Campground is near the highway, but you don't hear much noise. Place was pretty full with pipe line workers staying by the month. Owners are nice. Bathroom and showers are the worst I've seen. I didn't dare touch anything and wouldn't use them. Has electric and water hookups, WiFi, and cable TV.
Lovely setting in a red rock canyon near Monument Valley. Views all around are spectacular. Nice store and facilities. Was very windy and dusty during our stay. Many facilities (gas, grocery, restaurant) nearby. Would stay there again.
Pretty campground in a nice setting along the Freemont River in Capital Reef. Great scenery from campground. No hook ups or showers. First come first serve and campground fills by mid to late afternoon. Water spigots are available and gens can be run for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening. Dump station onsite.
Very nice campground on the shores of Lake Powell. RV sites all have new concrete pads and sites are well spaced. Great views of Lake Powell. Campers can use pool facilities nearby at Lake Powell Resort. Campers must pay Lake Powell Rec fee to gain entry. State amnual pass is accepted.
Campground is in the back yard of a personal residence. There are no showers or restrooms. It has 3-4 residents living in trailers. One group was very noisy all night working on vehicles, setting of fireworks, had motorcycles and ACT's coming in and out until 1:45 am. I would not stay there again due to noise and lack of facilities.
We stayed here one night while passing through New Mexico. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Place has no bathrooms or showers. It is for self contained rigs only. Nice restaurant (Dels) within walking distance.
We camped at the Mesquite Camp Area, which is by far the prettiest one to camp in. It has about 19 sites with plenty of space between sites. All have water and electric. Sites are level and road is paved in the campground. Views are spectacular. You also have to pay $5 per person per day for a use fee. For 2, people camping was $24 + $10 = $34 per day.
I had read that camping at this casino was $25 per night but could be free with their club card. I got a club card and went to check in. To park in their RV lot is $50/night now. It doesn't matter if you have a club card. Seems like their policies changed in the past couple of months. We left and went down the road to a Walmart instead.
We stayed here one night while touring Tucson. Its close to the attractions in the southern and western part of the town. Many seasonal and full time park models. Large sites and good space between sites. Staff was friendly. Accepts cash or check; no credit cards.
We stayed here while passing thru Johnson City. What a nice park. Owner/host was super accommodating. Spaces have level concrete pads and are close together. It is nicely maintained. Would stay here again
We stayed here while visiting Austin. The park is OK. Mostly has seasonal and full time residents. Close to the highway so there was some highway noise. WiFi was not available at all sites. Park was OK for a stop over night but there are nicer places.
We stayed here for 2 nights while traveling in the area. The campground is nicely laid out with good space between sites and full hook-ups. The owners were nice and friendly at check in. It can be noisy on the week-ends with other campers partying and playing music. The bathroom and shower facilities are in need of serious upgrade. There's a lock missing on one shower room, no shower curtains, sandy floors, and the broken show heads. Basic stuff that should be easy to fix. I would not return due to the noise and bathroom status.
We stayed one night while traveling through the area. Were going to boondock at Walmart but we wanted hookups due to cold weather. So glad we stayed. The campground is pretty basic with level gravel sites. Its also close to I-10 with highway noise. But the owner is super friendly and accommodating. She guided us to our site and greeted us in the morning. The bath house and laundry are nicely decorated and superior. They are modern and spotless. I would stay there again if I was in the area. I would have given it a 10 had it not been near the highway.
