This is a good park if you want to stay by the month. You only pay $360/mo and that includes the electricity. The down side is ATT and Verizon cell phones and air cards don’t work well in your trailer: you need to go outside and away from the bluff. They have an office Wi-Fi which means you get Wi-Fi reception 200 feet from the office. You can sit on their deck at tables and get good reception, but there are no electric outlets. You need to bring an extension cord to plug into the outlet in the barn. You can go inside the office and use your computer: there is power but only a 2-chair table. Washers and dryers are only available when someone is in the office and that is touch and go. The showers and bathrooms are old but usually clean. There are lots of trees for shade and you are 10 minutes from shopping.
Park is on a major highway 50 going through Colorado. Sites are nice and some have trees. Bathrooms are old but clean and kept up. Two washers and two dryers. Beautiful area close to Royal Gorge. Better priced than RV parks real close to Gorge.
Park seems clean. They say they have cable but we only get 4 channels. The park is on main street and across the street is a train track. We only stayed one nite and the manager greeted us at 9pm when we arrived. He was a nice man. He also said this RV Park is for sale and doesn't know how much longer it will be open.
$300 a month plus electricity. Wi-Fi is limited depending on how many users there are. Close to major highways. Very quiet away from town. Park is on a bayou near Galveston Bay. They have a tendency to wait a bit too long before mowing the lawn and the mosquitos are a big problem. (I think they are getting a grip on that now.) Managers always helpful. Manager and assistant manager on site. As always remember spring in this part of the country comes with pretty big T-storms and rain.
Recently remodeled bathroom/shower and washer/dryer room. Small spaces for RV's, but nice folks. Safe is park. Close to major highways. Easy access to stores, shopping, and restaurants. Weekly rates include electricity. Not sure about monthly.We only stayed there three weeks. Check hours for office. Assistant manager on site.
A bit tight to maneuver, but good park. No cement slabs. Very small cabins, for sale or rent, on site. Quiet and lots of trees. Large pool/spa and separate large club house. Activities every day with a monthly schedule in office.
Great park. Lots of work after Ike. Management is always here. Cement slabs for each side with plenty of room for two cars. Palm trees only. Its quiet and located on a bayou and close to the ocean. You can fish with a license. The road to the park is not real good. GO SLOW. Park is outside of town with access to large local highway. Monthly $475 includes power and WiFi.
Please don't bring your pets to this park during this time of the year. There are so many stickers it took us a lot of time to clean the trailer and all our rugs. Weeds galore. No wonder there were only 10 trailers in a 100 trailer unit. No antenna reception. The office was not open at 6pm, no one answers the phone, and the office was not open at 10am friday morning. $25 was to much for this park. There was NO water. Fortunally we had water. This place needs NEW management.
