We stayed here for one night on our way home. It is not an RV resort by any means, but it is clean and handy to local shopping. The sites are a good size, and it looks like there are recent site improvements being done. There are some sites with grass areas, but most are gravel. The listing for this park says there is a clubhouse, but we didn't check it out. The free WIFI was good. For the area, this park has reasonable rates. We were lucky to be on the last day of the Passport America rate. This would be a good place to stay for a few day visit to the area. It is handy to shopping and close to the I5 (road noise was not an issue). We would stay here again.
We have stayed at another RV park several times in the past, but gave this one a try after seeing a billboard ad. This is a beautiful park with good size sites. The park is spotless, and the artificial turf at each site is a great idea. The facilities include a meeting area, exercise machines, putting green, and pool (the pool was not open yet). The cable TV had lots of channels, but the free WIFI was not much use. There are three dog run areas that are clean and attractive. The nightly rate is off season (it goes up 1 May). We will definitely come back.
We have stayed at this park three times on the way down and back to Arizona. The park is very clean, and the pull through sites are quite large with concrete pads. The staff is friendly and the office and store are very inviting. The park is next door to a Safeway and Family Dollar which is handy. The cable TV and WiFi are very good and free. We have only stayed here overnight, but it would be a nice park for a longer stay. A very nice spot!
We stayed here for a week at the Passport America rate. As others have said, this is one of the few parks in Yuma with grassed sites. The staff is friendly and there seems to be lots of people who winter here and enjoy it very much. We were here late in the season, and maybe that is why the park had kind of a tired look. It is surrounded by old RV parks, and is not in a pretty area of town. The free WIFI was pretty slow, but you could upgrade for a very reasonable fee. At the Passport America rate, it was OK. I would not stay here again.
We have stayed at this park several times. It is a beautiful location, and the sites are good size and nicely separated. The lake-front sites are very nice. The staff are very friendly. The cable TV has limited channels, but is clear. This park is in a good location for touring and shopping. Like a lot of bigger cities, there are not too many choices for RV parks. This is, by far, the nicest in the area. It is pricey, but again, there are not many options.
This park is OK for a one night stop, but I wouldn't want to stay there longer. The sites are good size, but the whole outside area has kind of a run down look. This may be partially due to the time of year. There are lots of trees, and it may be much nicer in the summer. There are a lot of older RV's that look like they have been there a long time. I will say, however, that the sites are kept clutter free (ie. not a lot of stuff piled around and under the RV's.) There doesn't seem to be much shopping in the surrounding area. The staff are very friendly. We would probably not stay here again.
This is a good spot for a stopover going South or North. The Sites are easily accessed and a good size. The park is well maintained. We have stayed here a few times, but have never used the facilities. The staff at the Hotel Check-In are friendly. We would stay here again
This is a very clean and fairly new Park with good size sites. Each site has a concrete pad and nice grassed area. The staff are very friendly, and the park is well located for touring Salt Lake City. The area is fairly Industrial, with no shopping close by (there are stores within a short drive up the highway). It is close to the Highway for access, but is quiet. We would stay here again.
This is not so much an RV Park, but several paved spots behind the Casino. It is a good stopover on the way South or North. We are not Gamblers, but the Casino has kind of a Rustic Character, with some interesting Historic Artifacts. There is a good Grocery Store within walking distance. There are not a lot of sites, and they fill up fast. We would stay here again.
This is a great stopover on the way South or North. The sites are gravel, but are large and clean. The highlight of this spot is the Casino and surrounding facilities. There is a beautiful grassed area (it seemed a little dry this time, on past stays the grass was very green) with a large pond, and animal pens with goats, donkeys, and a very large cow. We have stayed here a few times, after finding it by accident. There is nothing else around, but it is a great spot for a relaxing day or two. We are not Gamblers, but the Casino is a fun spot with a good Restaurant. We will stay here again.
This is an attractive and nicely maintained park that is handy to local attractions and shopping. The sites are a good size, but access is a little tight. We were fine in a 30' MH. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great stopover for a few days. We would stay here again.
We stayed here for a month, and had a great time. The sites are large with concrete patios. The facilities are extensive and well maintained. There are lots of planned activities, and the longer term residents are very friendly and welcoming. Cycling in the park is encouraged, and if you go on every road, it is 9 miles apparently. Cable TV is available at extra charge. We will stay here again. Nightly rate reflects monthly rate.
This is a very nice park that is exceptionally clean. The sites are a good size. We stayed here for three nights on the way south. Kingman is a great spot to visit. The Route 66 Museum is well worth the visit. A great stopover for a few days! Would stay here again.
This is a beautifully landscaped park with two swimming pools and a very pretty outdoor pond area. The park is mostly park models, with the RV sites closer to the entrance. Even though the main road is close, we didn't find it noisy. The sites are a good size. My only complaint is that the park is not really pet friendly. The pet areas are outside of the park alongside the road. We would stay here again. Nightly rate reflects April special.
Very nice, clean campground. The sites have shared hookups, so you face your neighbor, but the spaces are a good size. We are not gamblers, but the casino is very nice. There is a beautiful indoor atrium area with a free water and light show. There is an 18 screen theater that offers $3.00 admission for seniors, and a wonderful buffet. The location is handy to the Strip and Fremont St, and there is lots of shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again. Nightly rate reflects a special offer from Phoenix Good Sam Rally
We stayed here with a camping club that has been coming to this park for several years. The owner is very friendly, and the campground has a nice covered pavilion for group get togethers. We were late checking in, so our site was not one of the nicest. There are several large grassy sites that are very nice. The fish pond is a neat attraction, and it is fun watching the owner feed the fish. We would definitely stay here again.
As soon as I drove into this Park, I knew it was going to be a disappointment. It is very obvious on entry why the Park website has artists drawings of the park and no photos. The layout is as described on the website, but the sites are very overgrown and neglected. The description of the park on the website is probably the worst case of false advertising I have ever seen. Most of the sites are occupied by long term residents, and their belongings, piled around and under their RV's. The sites are gravel (overgrown with weeds), with what once was a grass strip and cedar hedges separating them. The cedars have been cut down, and the grass is mostly weeds. The person in the office was friendly. The website advertises 99 channels of cable TV. I got 27 channels, three of which were shopping channels, and three of local government. This park is way overpriced at $42.00 per night. I would not stay here again!
