Roads are very potholed with some small patches of asphalt. Advertised are 222 sites with 100 pull-through and a few concrete slabs. Most of the park is catered for long term occupancy with the majority of those not occupied, with long grass and junk left lying around outside the units. We did see about 8 - 10 pull through sites. Two pools and spas along with two clubhouse pavilions are advertised. Only one pool, spa and clubhouse are available. There is a great deal of false advertising in this park. We were here with AOR and were supposed to pay $9.00 per day. We were phoned and advised that did not include electricity or cable. We were hit with an extra $5.00 for power and $2.00 for cable per day. The park has a great location however, I would not recommend it to anyone except in an absolute emergency overnighter if they can't get into the RV park just up the road to the west, which is much better and cheaper.

Extremely expensive at $54 plus tax. No cable, heavy traffic noise. Broken items include 6 washing machines, 6 dryers, 2 male and 1 female toilets and 1 male shower. You pay for showers. Tengo internet may work. (Go to Starbucks or the library for good internet.) Very expensive for costly limited facilities. I booked through AOR and on arrival there was no record of my booking. Management was most unhelpful stating that no fax had been received so I must pay the full price. Management refused any kind of flexibility, but did offer to send me to a cheaper RV park. Other staff were extremely good.
