We called for reservation information twice while planning our trip. The price changed each time, and was 1/3 higher than published in the most recent Trailer Life directory. The check in staff was unfriendly, answered questions by handing out a brochure somewhat related to the question with no amplification or interest in assisting. No information given on Wi-Fi, and the signal turned out to be quite weak. Pull through sites are long, but the hook-ups are at the entrance to the site, so our 35' 5th wheel was parked just off the road, within 2' of our neighbor's table. I would have needed 35 feet of sewer hose to park in the middle of the site The sewer hookup was within 5' of his table and the PVC pipe was broken so a tight seal was impossible. Utilities were poorly laid out as we had 30' of space unused toward the front of the site. We will need to back out of the site, as there is insufficient clearance to make a turn leaving the pull through site. They should label the site as a "pull in, back out site". For positives; the environment is attractive and the park is quiet.
This is a very neat and clean park. Would have rated a 10, but there is some traffic noise from a busy intersection that starts about 7 AM. However it was quiet at night. Had very friendly office staff and was convenient to Capitol Reef NP.
