We are touring this area from Canada. We booked this park for two nights, and after our first night, we loved it so much we booked for 9 days. The staff are very friendly & nice, the park is very well kept, and the area is very quiet for a good nights sleep. The children's play area is one of the best I've seen. The pool, although it was closed for the season, is very large and well kept. We will definitely be letting other travelers we meet know about this park, and we'll be back.

This is an okay park for just an overnight stay, but the interior roads were in terrible repair, large potholes, and sites were not level. We used Passport America, so price was good, but would never pay the full price for what they had to offer. After walking up the hill to R&R Park: I would stay there next time. Internet was good.

This is a very nice KOA RV Park. Beautiful views of Mesa Verde Mountains from your site. Very well maintained sites, and grounds. Staff were very pleasant friendly and helpful. Quiet RV Park, not situated on a main road, so no highway traffic noise. Good Wi-Fi. We stayed for one week, as we enjoyed it so much, and will come back again. The staff made a point of putting us in a site so that the back window of our fifth wheel had a view of the beautiful mountains. We noticed that they did this for everyone even though it was busy.

We stayed here for a week from Oct 22-29/07. We really enjoyed our stay here. All the sites are situated amongst beautiful trees. The grounds are very well kept, and also each long term/seasonal persons sites are very well kept (no junk etc. around their sites). We stayed in the pull-thru area, which is very nice - no road noise, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly from this site. Also, our Satellite Dish worked good despite the many trees. Note, that all sites, may not have the same luck. Walking distance to a large Mall, and a Super Target, and many good restaurants. Even though you are somewhat in the City, the park setting is very relaxing. When registering the Staff was very friendly and helpful, along with the person that directed us to our site. There are lovely gardens, a creek running through the park, and they had decorated the park with hugh Halloween blow-ups, and " gremlins" hanging from all the trees, which is a cute touch. We didn't use the restrooms, so I can't comment. We are Canadian Snowbirds, and will for sure come back to this park next year, and would not hesitate to recommend Treetops RV Park to others that we meet on our travels.

Beware, there is a drag-strip 1/4 miles from this RV Park. Weekend events going on Fri.Sat.& Sun. from 4 PM to 12:30 AM. The noise, revving motors, and screeching of tires was absolutely unbearable. The sites are not very well maintained, some litter in sites. We feel it is over priced for what they offer. Normal rate for one night is $35.00, but we booked in for three nights, therefore got a lower rate. We would not have stayed that long if we had known about the drag strip. Also, work camper dogs continually barking. Good Wi-Fi and good T.V.

As most others have reported, Oak Forest RV Park is the place to stay in Austin. Great park, nice long (and wide) concrete pull thru's with nice grassy areas and shade trees at the sites. We had a site opposite the office, so Wi-Fi was strong. Great pool and hot tub, very clean, and well kept, with plenty of new lounge chairs and tables. The showers, restrooms, laundry and exercise rooms were closed for renovations - so should be nice for the next time we visit. There is another facility for usage while this one is closed. Staff very friendly. We stayed for a week, and had the Passport America rate hence the $22.00 rate. A very good deal. The owners makes sure the permanent residences keep their sites tidy, so that is very nice to see, when walking thru the park.

This Park is not very well maintained,& sites were not level. The Park has mostly full time people living there, with run down unsightly units. It is very close to a main highway, so the traffic noise was very constant, and hard for sleeping. Quite pricey for what they had to offer. They have a small sign at the sidewalk, which is not easy to see, hence we had to go around the block twice as we did not see the sign. Would not stay here again.

Great Park. Our back window had a perfect view to watch the twice daily Durango Silverton Steam Engine passenger train go by. What fun, everyone would stand by the tracks and watch it go by, wave to everyone, and take photos. We stayed three days, and never got tired of joining the whole park to greet the train twice daily. Great views of the mountains. Free Wi-Fi. A little pricey RV Parl. but we enjoyed it and felt it was worth the price. Would stay again. Very friendly atmosphere.
