There was a lot of traffic noise from I-35. The park is full of workers who leave early in the morning & are not quiet about leaving. Very good & friendly staff, & some good cooks for Saturday's Brunch. I am not going to stop at this park again.

Close to Hwy but no traffic noise. Great owners, they helped us to the park & took us to the site we stayed for 1 nite & will be back again don't pass this park up! Did not use the laundry or showers, but every thing else was spotless.
