One of the prettiest campgrounds I've every seen. In town, but beautifully treed and laid out. Clean and neat, very friendly and helpful staff. We had the presidential site, gorgeous ! Easy off/on I-20. Good location for visiting the DFW area. We do a lot of traveling, and this is a memorable place that would be at the top of our list to visit again.
Older KOA, if you are in an upgrade patio site, it is nice. If not, you will be sandwiched in as tight as I've ever seen. Worst WiFi I've encountered in 4 years. Very helpful and professional staff. Good location nearby Grand Old Opry. Shuttle to downtown available for a fee. They are in the process of expanding, and perhaps this will improve the park. But, of the three campgrounds in the area I prefer it if you can get a patio site, or the larger sites in rows L, N, & P. Otherwise I'd pass if you have a big rig.
A delightful campground in the heart of Amish countryside. Paved roads, concrete pads, large sites. Clean and well maintained. Many great amenities including mini golf and shuffleboard. On site restaurant was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Good central location to explore the area. Would go back often.
Awful place. The "crystal clear lake" they mention is horrible. Wouldn't swim in it on a bet. Water supply is contaminated with sulfur, so be sure have bottled water. Dirt/gravel road into campground and throughout. Wi-Fi weak and slow. Convenient overnight stop, but I'd check out other options.
Nearly perfect in every way. Good location for sightseeing, paved roads, and sites. Grass between sites. Pool, putting course, social activities. Helpful friendly staff. Watch out for the afternoon sun in some sites. Loved everything about this place.
This campground is magnificent. Well maintained, paved roads, concrete pads, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, great facilities. Internet is very slow, cable TV reception is poor as well. But it is still a "10". Surrounding area is like a pretty landscape photo. Plenty to do and see as well. If they had six stars, this would be it.
Very expensive for the amenities offered. Curt staff. Extremely noisy staff golf carts (gas powered) speeding throuth the place all the time. Sites are small and very close together, and are just grass. No pads or patios. Dirt roads. Bath house was clean, but not air conditioned, stifling on a hot day. Barking dogs everywhere, and no rules were enforced. Saw one small pop-up with five dogs. I'd rather have stayed home. Would not return.
Easy on/off to I-95. It is adequate in every way for an over nighter. Long level sites, good Wi-Fi and cable. Wake up calls are provided by a nearby airport, but its mostly small planes, so it's not too bad. All paved roads, concrete pads, and grass. Well maintained.
Convenient off I-95, older well cared for campground. Friendly staff, good wi-fi, no cable but plenty of HD over air channels. Long, level sites, grass and trees around. Good value. This was our second visit, and we will stay again when passing through the area.
Expensive, but worth every penny. Wonderful staff, convenient to Key West. A little out of town, and that is a good thing, several "locals" restaurants nearby. Good base for seeing the southern Keys. This facility sets the bar against which you will measure all other RV resorts. Perfection !
Internet not working, cable reception terrible, bouncing pillow broken. Staff not really interested in responding to problems. Very tight sites in 50 amp area. Close to National Park and zip-line/raft trips. Only "game" in town, and it shows! Still the best place to stay to visit this charming town and the park.
Very nice, clean, safe RV resort right in downtown New Orleans. Easy walk to French Quarter and easy access to all the sights in this wonderful city. Right next to I-10, big billboard inside so you will always know the Powerball jackpot. No trees, but that's OK. We came to see the city, not to "camp", all paved sites with grass. Great staff.
This is a well located, very nice RV park. It is not a campground, does not have a jumping pillow or a pool, and that's OK with me. The attraction is downtown St. Charles and the bike path nearby. 1.5 miles flat to town, 250+ mile bike path along the Missouri river. 4th of July in town is great. Paved roads, concrete pads, grass, no trees. Easy in and out, good central location for sightseeing. Restaurant on the grounds. Courteous, helpful staff.
If you have a big rig, motorhome/5th wheel/trailer, this is the park for you if you are visiting Williamsburg. Easy access, adequately sized, level concrete sites, grass & pads. Pool is a little far from most sites. Well maintained; friendly, competent staff; clean, shade trees, and laid out thoughtfully for the afternoon sun, so you are not staring into it.
Clean & well maintained. Friendly professional staff. Very large pull through's, some trees, paved roads, gravel sites, no pads but nice grass. Pool looked nice. Convenient off/on I-95. WiFi was not working for our visit, but they are trying. No cable, but great over the air, many channels. Quite nice overall.
First off, this is not an RV Resort. This is an old KOA, layer out I suspect in the 70's. Sites are tiny, the only way anyone can stay there is if they do not put others next to you. Staff was very nice, nice views, clean. Has old motel units, and new park models. Marina, pool were nice. Internet only if you go to their restaurant/bar, and then quite slow. Awfully expensive for this level of facility.
