Amazing park but expensive. Very big with nice paved level spots. Astro turf at the sites, nice pool and hot tub, grills with propane available for use, an excercise bike, library. The bathrooms are immaculate as are the showers. Close to a nice outlet mall and a lake across the road. Sites are spacious and the view is really nice of the mountains in the distance. Very quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of channels with the cable TV. I would highly recommend: it is the Taj Mahal of campgrounds!
This campground is right on First Beach in La Push. The view is amazing and you can sleep to the sounds of the ocean. A lot of surfers here, so fun to watch. Very quiet at night. Has okay laundry facilities. Pay for the shower though, but not a big deal. No Wi-Fi or even phone service in campground, but you can walk up the beach and get phone service. This is not for luxury but if you want to camp close to the ocean this is it. You can also rent surfing equipment on weekends and give it a try. Diesel is very expensive here and it is pretty remote.
Very good location for access to downtown Seattle. Was easy to get to bus stop and it is an express to downtown. Very tight spots and mostly long term campers but a nice park. Bathrooms are nice and clean, indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna, little play area, TV room, cable TV at the sites. Only drawback was how close to the Interstate and the noise. Grocery store is a block away and it has easy access to I-90. Very nice location for seeing Seattle.
The park is in disrepair and is mostly full time residents. It is for sale and has not been maintained. Owner is friendly and it was quiet, but we would not stay here again. There is also road construction and we had to take a long detour to get here. They had recent flooding, so there are large ruts in road.
